Customer Service was excellent. I only received my partial order due to the box was open when I received it. They made sure my missing supplies were re-sent.

This is the very best lotion I’ve ever used. I shared it with my daughter and she now uses it every day. I actually rubbed this on my feet and was awestruck how smooth it made my feet. I love this.

You have great marketing and email responsiveness.

I just love this product. For some reason it was shipped to my old address. All I did was write to the company and they reshipped to me, at no charge. Nobody would ever do this, but this company did. Thank you for making and selling this amazing roduct

The women I spoke with on the phone knew exactly what I needed and processed everything correctly. It was nice speaking with someone who new what they were talking about.

I had someone follow up on my purchase that I had not received yet, our mail has to go through several channels to get here, so that person followed up where that package was and messaged me back and said my package was in transit and I would be receiving it yesterday and sure enough I did. I tried both my new lotions last night and am excited to see how they work. They both felt good on my face.

There are no visible signs of improvement

Quick response to my question. And follow up on my order. It’s not like other companies when you place your order that’s the end whereas MMD seemed genuinely interested if I had any concerns.

Great customer service! Love this company and their products

I have tried many creams and they never seem to make any difference at all. Within a couple of days of using Advanced Crepe Fix my skin was so soft and looked and felt really good not as wrinkly or dry. Highly recommend it !!!

I had a few questions and the questions were answered immediately and I was then able to complete my order.

I started using the Lift and Firm cream just couple of weeks ago, and see a visible change in my skin. I was due to have some injections, but now don’t see the need to do it. My skin loves the cream, it “drinks” it up, and I get a fresh, smooth face, no fine lines, and nice healthy appearance. I just bought more to use all year long. Try it too, and you won’t be disappointed.

The customer service was great. I was having trouble with product and they suggested new product.

I received my order and a jar in the package was shattered ( from shipment) I told the company this and they quickly got a new jar sent out to me.

My first order was lost in the mail and quickly replaced. Very peasant representative.
