The site takes a while work out how to use it. For the occasional user it's ok.
I have been using Melb IT for a long time, and this is the best setup to-date.

Welocome to Melbourne IT
I am transitioning to Melbourne IT from New Domain for services including email hosting. I received notice from new domain of the transition but nothing from Melbourne IT so I dont feel particularly welcome. Then I got to access my email service and that has been extremely frustrating. Some welcome words and instructions would have been a great idea and would have avoided the frustration I am feeling. Not a good start for a new working relationship
