Trouble getting claim settled
Have had trouble getting a settlement from 123 for my car being vandalised outside my home.almost 2 months this is going on.i put up a review and customer service gets back to me and i dared to hope it was coming to an end.after explaining my situation again i was getting passed to claims so they could try help get my claim sorted.after my call was disconnected i rang back and discovered that i was now going to receive less than their original offer as excesses and other fees started to come out of the low ball settlement i was offered.avoid the stress and headache as my experience has been nothing but stress and hassle.still taking monthly payments out of my account despite having no car to drive.

Got a renewal email for €480 went onto website and filled in details again got quote for €320.
