My order number - 000000165. Placed my order on 30 June. Had to follow up on 2 July because order was not received. It transpired that the vintage I ordered is not longer available but no one bothered to contact me. I was subsequently asked if I wanted another vintage and I agreed provided I could receive the order by 4 July. Guess what. I have not received the wine. I asked for a full refund but they have not even bothered to give me a reply!

Had been trying to find this wine. Stumbled across this website. Great choice and great price. Received really quickly. All nicely packaged. Thank you. Will defo buy from again

Great offer great wine and arrived in quick time

Ordered wine on 13 June, paid for it and never heard anything. Sent several emails got one reply saying they would look in to it a week ago. Still no wine and no response.

Have placed an order over a week ago. Heard nothing. The invoice has clearly a clearly false address and phone number. There are no contact details on the website.

Assume I’ve been scammed.

Delivery was on time and the wine good value.

I have placed quite a few orders recently. Delivery is fast and efficient. Updates keep me informed. There is immediate follow up after delivery to check on delivery satisfaction.

Was easy to order and early updates were ok however this order took longer than expected. With this in mind I would still order again

Exactly what I wanted. Came well packaged. Informed at every step of delivery.

The service is very good, but because the product is delivered directly by the grower delivery can be very slow.
However, that said I would still highly recommend Winebuyers to my friends

Still no refund over 2 weeks since I placed the order and it was not actually in stock. Promised a refund it never arrived. Emailed to chase told it would be done last week, still not done. I now see that another lady has had the exact same experience. You should not have to go to your bank to get a refund when the company are selling wines they do not actually have available. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The delivery by fed ex is a joke. I waited. In a whole day and it didn’t arrive. No option to contact fed ex . Won’t order again

Ordered and paid for wine. We were told it was now out of stock. a refund was requested but has still not been received 2 weeks later.
Responses seem to be copy and paste via AI, phone number does not work.
Update, refund was received (after a lot of pressing, and contacting my back) however a disconnected phone line and very slow, copy paste email responses were VERY disconcerting.

Delivered on time with no fuss. Th wine looks amazing.

I was doubtful of the wine at such a good price but, after some research, decided to give it a go. Exceptional value and a rapid and straightforward buying process. Really well done!
