Hoping the product is helpful, everything is a subscription. I don’t like all the hoops you have to go through to manage your own subscription. You have to go through several steps and be sent a link, but I did get the help I needed to accomplish it. I spent at least 15 mins on this.

I was careful to NOT sign up for a subscription, yet was charged this month for another bottle. When I sign into my account, there is no subscription. Super shady.

It was very easy shopping with them. Very easy to connect with them if I had problems. They always asked if everything was okay. Most companies just take your money send you the product and you never hear from them. They kept in touch.

I found out I had been charged for an…
I found out I had been charged for an order I hadn't placed. I reached out to the company and was able to see what happened, so a cancellation was placed on the order and the money charged was refunded.
Very well handled by the customer service team!

Never received
Placed order August 6th never received. No tracking, nothing. 'Order unfulfilled' 2nd order (subscription) automatic charged my card Sept 5th emailed within 2 hours to ask to cancel and inquire about a refund for the order that never shipped a month ago. Being told I cannot cancel nor receive refund until I return. How can I return something I never received?. 'Sara' in customer service is not helpful at all
