Very good service, employees were very hospitable, and very professional!!

There is no other Shop that i would leave my Porsche in that i would trust. Rev Shop is clean. Feels like your at home. Professional, Honesty. Prompt Service.

Absolutely awful — avoid REV Motors Rainham at all costs.

False promises, no delivery and completely unreliable. They take your money quickly but fail to deliver on anything they say. Constant delays, zero communication unless you chase and when you do you get excuses and lies.

Ali & Naz (Staff Members) are dishonest and unprofessional all talk, no action. Cars don’t match what’s promised and the whole experience feels like a money grab.

Getting a refund was a struggle in itself. Clearly not the first time they’ve fobbed customers off.

Do NOT buy a car from here!!!

In response to REV Motors’ reply on Google review, we can confirm that we are genuine customers and have evidence to support our review.

We have bank transfer records showing payment was made and video footage documenting our experience throughout the process. We also have messages and call records relating to the vehicle and the promises made to us.

It is therefore difficult to understand how REV Motors can claim they are unable to identify us or verify the transaction. Following our original review, we were contacted directly, apologised to and told that the matter would be resolved and that we would receive a further call. More than three weeks later, we still have no car and no satisfactory resolution.

Our review is based entirely on our own experience. We have simply described what happened: payment was taken, commitments were made, delays followed, communication was poor, and the promised outcome has still not been delivered.

We are happy to provide evidence through the appropriate channels if required. We would much prefer to see this matter resolved than to be accused of making false claims.

This review reflects our genuine experience as customers.

Rev auto in my opinion is a five-star facility
For all kind of exotic cars. I hand been there twice this year with my Porsche Cabriolet.
Alberto the owner is hands-on and doesn't
BS around. He and his team tell as it is and gets the job done quickly at a very fair price.
They are my go to mechanic shop.

I’m very happy with my experience here. Honest, professional, and knowledgeable — exactly what you want in a mechanic. They took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work, and delivered exactly what they promised. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust with your car, but I’ve definitely found my new go-to mechanic. Highly recommended.

These guys are great and really know what they are doing. They've found solutions to problems that my own dealership couldn't sort out. They always have amazing cars there, and it becomes an experience every time you are there!!

The entire team was great! Alberto and his crew are passionate motorheads for whom no detail is too small. They proactively communicated with me throughout the entire project, were conscious of budgets and timelines, and delivered beyond my expectations.

I was so pleased that I've already spoken with them about doing additional updates / upgrades to my old Mercedes convertible.

I use Rev Auto Club regularly for all my projects. They have provided excellent service with their transport and vehicle repair.
Their transport service is timely, great communication and meets my expectations.

The repair and restoration services are top notch! extremely knowledgeable team on everything european and then some.

Talked to these guys about transport my c8 Z06 new from dealership. Talked to them 3 months prior to needing delivery. The time came for delivery and when I questioned them again on the type of tie downs for this specific car, they snoozed me and wouldnt respond, which delayed my delivery because I had to find someone else at last minute. I dont think they have much experience or just dont care. Still never heard back from them. Do not recommend these people.

Rev Auto Club is top notch!

Purchased a car in Los Angeles, Ca. and had them bring it to Miami, FL. They received it at their warehouse and offered to service it. I was extremely happy with their professionalism and quality of work, from the transport experience to the work performed on my car, impressed!

Very transparent and friendly for woman, highly recommend it.

Ordered a kayak rack. They emailed me the next day saying they changed the price and if I wanted it I had to to pay 50% more. Due to their tricks, lost the sale price on Amazon.

I’ve spoken to same rep every time that I call. He is knowledgeable and remembers what I have ordered in the past.

I don’t have my item and I still have not received any update about its status

People are grate to deal with at Rev Auto Club. Placed my order for long tube headers for my 2011 F150 6.2 made a mistake on my order when I placed it and they corrected it for me and called me to let me know there was some money being refunded to my account. Received my Headers and pipes back to muffler area in three day in excellent condition unbelievable. I canceled with a different company before Rev Auto club as the other company had My money for three and a half months and kept giving me excuses why it was taking so long. Rev Auto Club assured me when I ordered my headers I would have them in three days and on the third day they were on my door step all the pieces were there and in excellent shape. Thank You Rev Auto Club I will definitely buy from you in the FUTURE. KEITH W.

Great experience!! Needed last minute transportation of two vehicles and received timely response from Alberto @ Rev Auto as well as updated communication from driver throughout transport of both vehicles. Would recommend and use again for future transportation needs. 👍

Above and Beyond service!! When package was delayed they took the time to go retrieve the package from the shipper and bring it to us so we could have it in time for our project 10/10 review will be shopping again And 100% trust rev auto
