they do not have a return policy. the sizing is way off and they refuse to exchange items for correct size. They say they have a 30 day exchange policy. They do not. They will not let you return anything!
Clothes were see thru and they will not refund your money. Don’t confuse them with the RockBros brand of bike accessories, etc. This company gets your attention with tons of social media posts of cute cycling kits but fails to deliver any quality
Beware of buying anything from this Chinese company. The product I received does not look like the product I ordered from an online photo. I have tried to return it and they refuse to send me a return label. Instead they are trying to force me to take a partial refund.
Clothing is cool looking, but inline size chart is way off!! Then when I need to exchange from a medium to I would say an estimated X-Large, they want to charge me 50% of the cost?! I just got it and contacted them next day. They suck , don’t order from them
They suck. Clothing is poorly sized and returns are a nightmare - hard to access the return page/spot so I emailed them and they can’t even acknowledge my purchase from 3/31/3026 so I’m stuck with almost $200 worth of stuff that doesn’t fit.
Avoid them at all costs.
Nothing wrong with the jersey, just not really my style. Might suit someone younger.
