das sind betrüger... das läuft gar nichts richtig vor allem für den preis.

Will not work despite following all instructions online and given by customer support. Requested a refund and they just want to argue and go around and around about my settings. This is a joke! Very difficult to set up. Don't waste your time unless you are highly tech savy.

When I had issues with my inability to stream a particular type of file, I thought it was due to Premiumize so I wrote a support ticket. This ticket was responded too quickly and it became apparent it had nothing to do with Premiumize. The Premiumize support agent assisted me with my problem even tho it had nothing to do with Premiumize. I am very appreciative!

Einmal und nie wieder, ich wollte den Service mal ausprobieren mit JDownloader 2, Katastrophe. z. B. Rapidgator, ausser Daily linklimit reached und Temporarily unavailable obwohl man seit mehreren Tagen keinen Download hatte. Der Support meldet sich erst nach Tagen und nur mit Standard Floskeln ja Du hast das Daily linklimit errreicht und in 24 Stunden geht es wieder. 3 Tage in Folge je ein Ticket, ich hatte keine Downloads und immer Daily linklimit erreicht. Das kann die Konkurrenz besser. Finger weg von diesem Mist Service.

Exceptional level of service from this company, I reprted an issue (which admittedly turned out to be my end rather than theirs) and within 5 mins of sending the email they responded with a number of options to my issue which resulted in a solution which was better than I started with and no extra cost. Thank you premiumize to your support team for reigniting my belief in human nature as many other companies would inevitably found a way to avoid the effort.

My account with Premiumize got Lifetime suspension.
I tried to work with them and offered them the money they were trying to holdback (charge from Paypal, to them, for refunding) to have them lift the suspension..... but someone in Premiumize didn't.
The service was a little bothersome because it kept streaming wrong content but I would of liked to keep using it.
Your experience could be different. My credit card company had them return my money since they wouldn't lift the ban..

I just started with them and Paypal had charged my credit card in cdn funds using their creative exchange rate.
This is probably NDA stuff so all I will say was Premiumize.me was able to step up when the opportunity presented itself so that I could buy directly from them...eliminating Paypal from the equation...Problem Solved.

I have been using Premiumiza.me for about years with no issues and very pleased. About 9 days ago I got a message that the service has been suspended because I violated the terms of service. I had done NOTHING DIFFERENT. The message also said to reach out to customer service if you think this is an error. I have sent a message to customer service through their website 9 times in 8 days with no response. I wish I could give a positive review but I don’t understand why they don’t respond to me.

Seit Jahren ein sehr, sehr zuverlässiger Begleiter in Punkto VPN (Android und Windows) und noch dazu 1TB Plattenplatz. Keine ständige Werbung, kein Gequake, super und v.a. sehr schneller Service - falls mal was sein sollte oder man selbst eine Frage hat. Dazu noch das Add-on für meinen Brave (also Chrome). Und wenn man hin und wieder das Glück hat Werbung zu bekommen, ist es meist ein 2 Jahres Abo zum Preis von nahezu einem. Einfach perfekt.

I tried to download an add on from Troypoint.com who recommended premiumize.me without informing me of the charge as I already have a service. The Troypoint.com add on did not work so I emailed premiumize.me three separate times without a reply. On the forth email I sent I kindly warned them that I can dispute through my credit card if they do not reply. They then replied "We do not offer 24/7 support. I have just processed your refund in accordance with our refund policy. As you can imagine, we are happy to do without customers like you who threaten us with chargebacks, so I have permanently suspended your account."
They punished me since they were not able to reply in a timely matter. No I do not want to do business with a company like this. Do you?

I'm very satisfied with Premiumize because of the excellent service. Problems are resolved within a very reasonable time.

Tried Premiumize because the Debrid's and others all stopped working for me. People need to stop complaining and tweaking out when these things don't work, this isn't Best Buy folks. Location, VPN, ISP, Apps, Amazon, lots of factors. When everything stopped working this one worked for me, so I contacted customer service when I couldn't figure out how to go annual membership, the website wouldn't let me for some reason. Blew my mind when I got an actual human response that wasn't short and cold but conversational, helpful, and positve! They did it all for me and let me know when it was done. Definitely wasn't expecting that! Kudos to whoever does the hiring for these folks. Heck, you can't get that at Best Buy...
