Waste of my money (edited)
Waste of my money, server was great I upgraded to premium then it kept shutting itself down, kept resetting we kept loosing our stuff it was a horrible experience I lost out on my money. Spent the dollar and change to get the 3 days then upgraded to the 7 dollar monthly then started having some problems so I upgraded to premium then half the time our server was down then after a day of that, every time I went to hit start it reset to my last upload not my auto save. It didnt save any of my auto saves it just reset the whole world days of work gone. So I reuploaded thinking it was a glitch we rebuilt then the next day boom it shut down I hit start then boom back to square one. We had it happen for a 3rd time then I finally said screw it and bought a server on bisect hosting and its be phenomenal no issues no anything.
Edit: I did have some problems. I did initially put a 1 star for this but soon as I did they were able to tell me what happened, they took responsibility and refunded me. The company, I see now, seems like a good company. I pray they get the bugs fixed. Im upping my review to 4 stars. Even tho I had problems they took responsibility and I got a refund. I appreciate it so much.

Server states not reliable
The server seems to reboot and shows up though it’s not. Restarting doesn't help. You have to fully stop and the. Start the server. It also sometimes will show stopped and then quickly change to started.

You were right: on October 30 and 31 your server came back from restarts running but not joinable, while the panel said it had started, and only a full stop and start fixed it. We found the cause and added a fix on October 31 that catches it, and your server has come back joinable on its own since. We're a small team and your trust matters to us, so we've also reached out to you privately. If anything like this happens again, please open a ticket and we'll make it right.

Have to reset the server every time we want to play. It is never just there for us to join. Will not be renewing our server for this reason.

Thank you for telling us, and we're sorry. Your server keeps running between sessions, but the joining steps we sent when you ordered on PS5 launch day were wrong: they said to find it by name, and a PS5 finds a dedicated server only by its address. That's on us, and we corrected those steps two days later. On your PS5, go to Online Games, then Dedicated Server, then Search for Server, and enter the address shown on your server's page in our panel; no restart needed. If it still won't show up, please open a ticket and we'll make it right.

That's on us. It has kept the same address since then, and we've changed how we handle moves like this so customers hear about them ahead of time. Thank you for the feedback, and we're glad our support helped. You were right on both counts: the name you set wasn't saving on a running server, which we fixed the same day, and our Dune page didn't say plainly that a plan is your own Hagga Basin inside a World we run, where XP, gathering and crafting rates are set for the whole World. The page now says that up front.
