I purchased the elite multi function machine £1199. What a great bit of kit. Pulleys are very smooth Perfect for beginners to intermediate users. Items arrived in 9 packages within the delivery timeframe 4-5 days. Instructions were perfect and assembly time for a single person using the tools provided took about 12hrs.

I would mention though that the delivery is 1 man and these 9 boxes vary from 35kg - 55kg and 2 boxes are huge. I believe that a 2 man team should be used for this delivery for those that cannot help to bring it in.

Would I order from strongway again?
Absolutely and I have already ordered the Pro commercial treadmill

We will see how it holds up over time compared to the more expensive brands but for now I cannot fault any of it.

easy to order delivery very good they placed it in side and on time the product is well made well packed and complete it all fitted together well and for the money it’s a great product the only problem is the instructions for assembly our extremely hard to understand and some of the print is extremely small apart from that very happy with it

Non existent customer service. No replies to emails and a phone number that leads to voicemail each time - no direct way of talking to this company.

Still waiting after almost 2 weeks for an update on a missing part of our order. Courier can't do anything until we have spoken to Strongway. Left in limbo. Would not recommend.

Ordered multigym on their page at a good price. Then discovered that it was significantly cheaper on amazon. My order already had been dispatched so too late to cancel without any costs for me. They kindly offered a goodwill gesture amount which was reasonable and got accepted by me.
Been a bit unlucky as delivery took slightly longer but still in an acceptable amount of time.
Boxes came well packed. However, i discovered multiple parts which have been slightly scratched. Not fussed but maybe reconsider how parts are getting secured in the box?
As many mentioned before, the instructions are an absolute nightmare. It never took me this long before to assemble anything like this. You had to make sure to always read the steps ahead too before doing anything. Then sometimes the not so clear pictures said for example one type/length of screw but the description said another.🙃 got some screws wrong at start but never changed it as way too far built and gladly i never did as later i needed the longer ones but the shorter ones actually worked better as otherwise i would be hitting my legs on them. Some
Parts even been shown in Chinese.😂
Another thing, there are always some extra screws, washers or all sort of small parts which is great but the amount of big spare parts i received makes me wonder on what drugs the guy was who packed this box? Thats a lot of stuff going to the scrappy.
Anyhow, great machine, sturdy. Only piece i don't like is these plastic end caps on the foam. My upper legs are digging into it.
Otherwise recommend. Good value for money!
