This company is wonderful. The products are great not cheap like other places. And the customer service is absolutely wonderful. Every question I had was answered very quickly and by some very polite people. Will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

The customer service reps I spoke with were kind, helpful, and made the replacement process very easy. The chat function worked well and I did not have to jump through any hoops. I have never had an item arrive broken before and feel that the situation was remedied quickly and to my satisfaction. I had made a purchase with multiple items, received the order professionally packaged and not damaged. When going through my order I was questioning the banger that was sent, but after talking with i believe his name was Adrian, he informed me that the banger was the correct one and I was surprised because it was the one I was not expecting. Fairly painless. I appreciate their attention to detail and their vast array of products to choose from but I think they could do better when it comes to their responsiveness to their customers.

What a fantastic product had issue with a delivery was made right just waiting on shipment. My new dab rig the pulsar French press is everything and more absolute monster for a great price and would reconnend to many others.

Smoke Cartel has great packaging, my package came super secured and safe. They also work with you i had an error with the address i put in so i just emailed them and got a response within 24 hours fixing my original problem.

i ordered a new peak puffco and hot knife, although my order hasn’t arrived so i can’t do review on the product yet i’ll come back and edit this once i do but i just wanted to share my experience with customer service. They are very professional and fast i was kept well informed about my order and they answered all my questions through a chat you can make on the site to get connected with an agent. good experience so far.

okay update it just shipped today (tuesday) so they also have fast delivery service :) i ordered june 6 it only took them 3 days to ship and usps saids it will arrive june 12.

Anytime i order something, it comes correct. Except one time a bong o ordered was missing the bowl and they quickly sent me one. Great customer service. Never had anything show up broken.
