A lot of civic tools are too broad or too academic. This one is more tactical. I need to know what happened, who is attached to it, and what I should care about next. For Dallas and Fort Worth issue tracking, it’s been a very practical workflow tool. Pretty impressed tbh.
From a municipal and regulatory perspective, Municue is genuinely useful. I’m based in Dallas and often need to know when ordinance shifts, contract approvals, or council actions may become relevant before they ripple outward. It does not replace legal review, but it absolutely shortens the time between city action and attorney awareness.
We do public-facing work around Dallas and Fort Worth, and the amount of reading you normally have to do is ridiculous. Municue cuts that down a lot. I can scan what matters and decide if something is worth deeper review. Saves time, and in this business time is money.
