❌ Misleading advertising – Ships from China, NOT Toronto as claimed! Placed an order on August 25th under the impression that this was a local business operating out of Toronto, Canada, as advertised on their website.The site states that orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days. However, when I checked the tracking information, I discovered the item is actually being drop-shipped from China, not Toronto. The estimated arrival date has now been pushed back to September 21st. While the delivery is technically still within their broad shipping window, the explicit lack of transparency regarding where the product originates is highly deceptive. Buyers beware: this company uses false advertising to hide international shipping origins. Check your tracking carefully.

Do not buy! Waited over 3 weeks for this rubbish, claims to ship from Sydney but came from China.
Mendable Shoulder- No branding, it’s noisy and doesn’t work. Wish I’d read reviews beforehand.

Mendable ignores all my request from stop processing to stop delivery. They collect the money and doesn’t want to refund.
It’s a scam pretending an Australian company but Hongkong appear in the transaction.

I ordered a shoulder brace and after a couple of uses it just stopped and wouldn’t work. Contacted customer service they asked for a video which I sent but now won’t reply to my emails. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone

I just read the other comments for mendable shoulder. Should have done it before buying!
First it took 5 weeks before I received it. And instead of receiving it from Canada as advertised, I received a package from China.
Now the product :
In my case, after I fully charged it, I tried to put it “ON” nothing happened. I have tried it many times, but it still doesn’t work.
I wrote many emails to the company, but absolutely no response. The only response I received was in Spanish for the OBJECT line, and it was a email saying they will respond in 1-2 days.
I haven’t received any response.
Don’t loose your money

I am writing this review because I only see bad reviews. I waited more than 3 weeks from order to delivery. Once delivered, I charged the unit then strapped it on, it does work as described and only time will tell if there a good result.

I’ve tried numerous times to contact them. I just need a resend on an email with the instructions on how to use the Shoulder massager & the nasal plugs.
I don’t get any reply’s.

Haven’t responded to several requests for readable directions. Product not as shown.

Mendable Knee -Defective item, loud, won't keep charge, 119.00 is not worth the money! Customer service virtually non existing, company says Mendable Canada but BS nothing Canadian about it, it is out of Hong Kong. You can get knee massager with red light and warmth on Amazon that works better for 39.00. I am still fighting to get a refund on return of this item.

Have to agree with all the other reviews, if I could give it a zero, I would. Didn’t send product for 2 weeks so asked where it was since coming from Sydney and I’m only 2 hours away. Then replied it was being processed and on its way, totally different tracking number to initial one . When it arrived, in red box, nothing like the ads and didn’t operate as it was advertised. No mention of Mendable on box or any of the product. It came from China so not the original Mendable knee item. Didn’t have any compression , little heat and a pathetic vibration. What a disgrace that they can still get away with this😡Haven’t heard from them after demanding they send the right item or give refund.

BIGGEXT SCAM EVER..DO NOT ORDER

Scam company. Have been trying to get. Refund since I bought this in Australia. Website says can return to them in Australia at their cost for full refund and now they are ignoring my emails and won’t respond. Absolute waste of money and time! DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!

They sent an item that was not what they advertised. All communication stopped once I requested a refund. Total scam. I can’t believe they are allowed to rip people off. Total disgrace.

Dont buy from this site its a scam. They rip you off. This product was supposed to be an Australian product. Coming from a Sydney warehouse. But it came from China. The box doesnt even say its "Mendable" like it shows on the website. Ive seen the same one being sold on Temu for $au40. I paid AU$119 . Bought this one because I thought it would be a better product.

Absolute scam. Rubbish product.
No 60 day guaranteed refund. No need to return is not true. Email rn around requesting photos and video. Offer discounts not refund. Canadian dollars. Comes from China and fraudulently put PayPal payment as a recur payment. I cancelled it in the nick of time. Do not go near this company. They advertise under different names and block all comments on their FB adverts.

Echoing what everyone else has said - cheap crap from China, website is a scam. Don't do it.

Scam product and company. Label themselves as Canadian but US company that drop ships from China. Product is poor quality and has little to no health benefits as claimed. I have tried to contact them around 7 times via email, online contact and via Shop with no resolution to my refund request.

Complete scam. You don’t get why they advertise and customer service is non-existent

This product was shipped from China, states it was made in Canada. Does not work as stated and not all items in package were shipped. Got totally scammed.
