Reliable. The package was sent 3 days after I placed an order, but delivery was fast, in another 4 days. The item was as expected (original, sealed...). WhatApp support is very fast in response, on the other hand, did not receive response to my e-mail (that is why I contacted them via WhatApp).

I made the purchase of RAM the next day…
I made the purchase of RAM the next day they refund it with message. "Unfortunately, the item you ordered is currently not in stock and we are therefore unable to fulfill your order." But then I checked the webpage and it showed that item is in stock but the price was increased.
Guess this was first and last order from me.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand why this situation appeared confusing and potentially misleading.
The issue was caused by an error in our warehouse software, which displayed an incorrect price and availability status for this specific RAM capacity. Unfortunately, the standard cancellation message you received stated only that the product was unavailable and did not properly explain the underlying pricing and synchronisation error. We sincerely apologise for this unclear communication.
Once the error was identified, the product information and price on our website were corrected. Your payment was refunded immediately and in full. There was never any intention to advertise the product at an incorrect price, retain your payment or mislead you.
This was a genuine technical error affecting this particular product configuration. We regret that it happened during your first order and understand the negative impression it created. We have reviewed the relevant product data to help prevent a similar situation from occurring again.

Užsisakiau juodos spalvos Amazfit…
Užsisakiau juodos spalvos Amazfit Balance 2, daugiausia todėl, kad kaina Lietuvoje buvo palankesnė nei kitur. Apie produktą sužinojau iš TikTok reklamos — kaip ir dažnai būna reklamose, viskas atrodė labai įspūdingai, tačiau apskritai laikrodis atitinka tai, ko tikėjausi.
Pristatymas šiek tiek vėlavo, tačiau pardavėjas susisiekė, informavo apie pristatymo laiką ir iš anksto perspėjo apie galimą vėlavimą, todėl viskas buvo suprantama. Prekė atkeliavo originalioje pakuotėje, nepažeista ir geros būklės.
Pats laikrodis yra geras savo kainos kategorijoje — nieko perdėto, bet kasdieniam naudojimui visiškai pakankamas. Apskritai pirkinys pavykęs, ypač įvertinus kainą.
