I had a great overall experience with Linea. My dentist, Michelle at Syndal Dentistry, was excellent — she explained the process clearly at every stage. Customer service was responsive throughout, though it was occasionally tricky to get an appointment at the ideal time. When Michelle went on maternity leave, the replacement dentist wasn’t quite as strong, but things picked back up once she returned. I needed one round of refinement to close a few remaining gaps, and the whole process took about 15 months. Very happy with my results in the end — would recommend.

The process of getting my clear aligner treatment with Linea was amazing. Their levels of support and communication was amazing from start to finish. They partnered me with a great dentist who I will continue to use as she was just lovely. Their competitive pricing is what originally drew me to them but their service throughout the process was faultless. Prompt and helpful communication throughout and results that I couldn’t be happier with. I’m so glad I finally have straight teeth and all under 12 month treatment time. I highly recommend Linea if you’re considering clear aligner treatment.

I am so happy with the whole experience from Linea. From start to finish they made the whole process easy. After the first round of aligners my teeth still weren’t 100% perfect, so I was able to do up to 2 additional rounds of aligners until I was perfectly happy with everything. The treatment process was as smooth and seamless as possible. The customer service team were amazing to work with and so kind - they were so responsive to all and every question I threw their way. My dentist did an amazing job at keeping me informed about how my smile is progressing too. I am very happy with the results of the treatment and how my smile turned out! I decided to go with Linea due to the price point. It’s true, their communication is good, they have an app to provide monthly photos etc. I must admit that I rarely uploaded my photos.
I had on tooth that sat back from the rest on my lower set of teeth. my treatment plan was meant to be 9 months, but I’ve had to have multiple rescans, additional aligners on multiple occasions, and many rounds of teeth filing (IPR).
After each set of andditional aligners would arrive in the mail, I would immediately open the last retainer to check where the “problem tooth” sat. And each time, I could feel that the “problem tooth” was positioned further back than the rest in the retainer. I raised this with linear, but was told to see how it goes.
I also questioned the teeth filing as my teeth are on the smaller side already. I was told that teeth filing would likely be the best option.
On my last visit, I questioned the dentist whether there is an option to expand the teeth before bringing them back into place. However, I was immediately told that it would take too long and then the dentist filed my teeth again. They have been filed 3-4 times now and i still don’t have the results I was hoping for. And since I have already had multiple revisions, I was told that I now need to pay extra to continue.
As I am not keen to have my teeth filed any further, I have decided to remove the brackets, and explore other options.
This was a disappointing experience for me as i did not get the desired outcome and i was subject to much more teeth filing than i wanted, resulting in smaller teeth.
Also, I don’t feel like my concerns were heard.
I feel like linear and the dentist wanted the quickest outcome.

I am happy with the results of my teeth alignment with Linear. I travel for work and linear was very flexible with how I could maintain progress with my aligners through the process. Being guided by dentist gave me confidence that teeth were tracking as they should be.

My appointments were made at Syndal Dentistry (in Mount Waverley, VIC) and everyone there is an absolute delight! From Renee at reception to Dr. Michelle Nguyen, every step was explained clearly and the space was very comfortable. I was genuinely cared for as a patient - I often get anxious at the dentist but felt very at ease here.

The end results were as predicted by Linea, but the excitement of actually seeing them I hadn't anticipated... I am very very happy with the outcome.

I was setup with Dr Maggie Wang from Joondanna Family Dental, who was absolutely lovely and super professional. The process took 9 months and was very easy to follow. From the very first day I contacted Linea, I was impressed by the level of customer service. The team took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns, especially after I had a disappointing experience with another company that I ultimately chose not to proceed with due to their poor communication and customer service.

The entire process was incredibly smooth, and I quickly adapted to wearing the aligners throughout my 11-month treatment. I was treated by CK Yeap, and I can’t speak highly enough of him. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome.

Communication between Dr Yeap, the Linea team, and myself was always prompt and efficient. I also loved the convenience of the app, which allowed me to track my progress and stay updated throughout the treatment.

I have now completed my treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. My teeth look fantastic, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

From my first contact with Linea, through treatment and the final stages I have been nothing but impressed.
They linked me in with an awesome dentist who listened and fixed any issues as they arose. The communication via the app is simple and submitting monthly photos easy.
I have loved the process and couldn’t imagine it going any other way. My teeth followed the initial detailed plan that I originally received and I am delighted with the app. I saved so much money going through Linea as opposed to other companies I looked at and the results have clearly paid off. If you’re on the fence, jump straight in you won’t be disappointed.

A lot of time, money and effort for little difference. I wish they had told me upfront they couldn't achieve what I wanted and I would have spent the money on another treatment. The dentist made all sorts of excuses when I complained including "Linea just can't do that", after the treatment had been paid and completed. Linea reached out after I complained and they offered to do some more treatment but their dentist said it was a waste of time. My suggestion would be to get quotes from different treatment options before deciding, if you're after great results and only want to do this once choose a more effective provider.
The two stars are for being responsive with messages in their app and accomodating with a payment plan. They provide a 3D model of the teeth and how they change which is interesting (albeit misleading).

The process was very simple and well explained by the customer service staff. They gave ample time to make my decision and I never felt any pressure. I had an 8 month treatment plan. The dentist I saw was excellent - honest, professional and took a lot of pride in her work. The only down side is that as I was living rurally the closest dentist was in Melbourne - for me it wasn’t an issue as I travelled to Melbourne frequently anyway. The outcome has been as expected, and I’m really happy with the results. Being a fraction of the cost of other brands was a big consideration for me. Im 100% happy with the experience and would 100% recommend to others.
