Lindo guitars are absolutely amazing! Easy and smooth to play. I own a LOT of guitars, and my Lindos have quickly become my favorite. They are unmatched in rich sound quality. When I bought my Earth V2 Flynn walked me through every step and even gave me a choice of patterns. I won a Koya in one of their drawings and it has become my go to guitar. The graphics are stunning! I just won another drawing for a White Dove and am anxiously awaiting delivery. The guitars and the company are top shelf!

I have 2 different, but equally glowing, reviews for the 2 different yet intertwined parts of Lindo Guitars.

First off, Lindo Guitar Draws. Recently launched this is in essence a raffle, with the prize being a Lindo guitar, which costs £1 per entry and every entry has an equal chance of winning - Lindo use an independent service to randomly choose the winner of each draw and they publish the results for verification. As a previous customer, I'm on Lindo's email list so found their draws fairly early on and the chance of winning one of their guitars was too tempting to resist, even though, as the cliché goes, I never win anything, certainly not a something big like a guitar, so I wasn't exactly hopeful, I entered 4 draws, spending £45 in total. Unbelievably...

I actually won!!!

...one of the week 33 (W33) draws, on which I spent £10 out of the £45 total. I was speechless when I got the email!!! After confirming my details with Lindo, they dispatched my new guitar the same day, and the following day I received my brand new AfterLife Headless Electric Guitar with a value of £1500! So, it's not a scam, it's definitely real, and you can most definitely win a stunning guitar. Plus, if you don't win after you've spent £300 on their draws, Lindo will give you a £300 voucher to spend on their website, so even if you don't win, you haven't lost because, like me, you were probably going to buy one of their guitars anyway lol.

My second review is for the guitar's themselves, and the company. As I mentioned, I was already a Lindo customer, having bought a Neptune SE V2 walnut guitar through their website about 3-ish years ago. When I first saw it I was floored by how gorgeous it was. Imho, it is simply stunning with a clean yet thoughtful design that beautifully highlights the walnut wood but still has all the functionality you'd hope for in a modern electro-acoustic guitar, and most importantly, it sounds incredible. I bought it because of its looks, however, it has become my everyday guitar (I literally play it every day) because of its sound and the design features such as its neck shape, neck accessibility for the higher frets, tuning stability (with locking nuts), and in-built tuner. It's just a beautifully designed and made guitar that's unbelievably easy to play and use!

Everything I just said about the Neptune also applies to the guitar I won, the AfterLife Headless electric guitar. It's equally beautiful both aesthetically (with its stunning, eye-catching design) and the quality of the crafts-person-ship that goes into building every Lindo Guitar. If anything it's even easier the play. When it arrived I played it for 6 hours straight and my hand felt brand new.

I've played guitar since I was 13, which I hate to admit, means I have 33 years of experience of playing and owning guitars, and over the years I've built a guitar collection that features almost every brand you can imagine, although my early Fender usage meant I most often gigged with a Strat or Telecaster.

I'd never describe myself as an expert (what self-respecting guitarist would (unless you're named something like Mr E Clapton)), yet I've definitely been around the block and, in my humble opinion, Lindo Guitars make some of the most beautifully designed and crafted guitars in the world, using the best materials, latest design ideas (such as twin carbon fibre truss rods etc), and to highest standard of quality. All from a small, but dedicated, team in Bristol (England) who, from my interactions with them, seem to genuinely care about their craft and their customers, not only before a purchase is made but afterwards too, which in my experience is quite rare mix (in any industry), and is greatly appreciated by this customer who has become, and will continue to be, a loyal customer (bordering on Fan Boy lol) who will continue growing their Lindo collection and will happily talk the ears off of any guitarist who comments on my Lindo guitars (which is essentially every guitarist who sees them lol).

To summarise: Brilliant company that, for me, makes some of, if not the outright, best guitars in the world. Great customer service, before sale and through the guitar's life. Plus, to top it all off you could win one of their guitars for as little as £1.....I did!

Until this year I had never heard of Lindo guitars.
I have owned mainly Fender electric guitars and the Sheeran/Lowden acoustics.
I am now the proud owner of three Lindo guitars and I have been very impressed with both the construction and playability of them.
My favourite is the electro acoustic Earth V1 model.
It plays so easily and the full set up you get from the team at Lindo really does make the best of these instruments.
I have arthritis in both hands, and had given up on finding a guitar that I could actually play without some clicking and soreness, but the Earth has turned that around comply.
The quality of the build is also quite something.
I have paid a lot more for guitars that were nothing like as well made and finished.
I make a habit now of pointing people towards Lindo if I know they are looking for a guitar.

Have purchased the Koya for my son and a fantastic guitar! Also won a Dove in the competition. Can’t fault either guitar great set up and play great right out the case!! Very happy with my lindo guitars and look forward to the next one!! 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Well, first of all the guitar is awesome. And the customer service also, i have never had such a kind and helping experience with any brand!

Love my Lindo Earth V2 guitar. Won it via the Lindo draws - had odds of 1 in 30. Much better odds than other guitar draw sites and a stunning guitar that I now get to enjoy playing this summer. Love that the sound hole is at the top - it’s loud acoustically and the green coloured wood is gorgeous.

I entered quite a few Lindo guitar competitions but hadn’t won anything, but then I won a lovely Short Scale Sahara Electro Acoustic Bass which was a nice surprise. What was even more of a surprise was that I won a Sahara V2 Electric Guitar the following day (those tickets were a definite whim and bought just before the competition closed). So that was two wins in back-to-back draws. The people at Lindo were very efficient, friendly and helpful. I’m still entering their competitions as there are a couple more guitars I really like the look of. These two are lovely to play and look and feel like quality instruments. Both are nice and lightweight and easy to handle.

Received a Lindo Saturn Pebble guitar , two days later used it at a gig , and it sounded fantastic , it feels great in the hand and of course with the coloured fret board stands out in a good way . Service from Lindo has been exceptional and I will be getting more from them - great company superb guitars ! Ps - they do comps to win the guitars as well - but please don’t enter as I want to win them 😂

Recently got their Saturn model and it is easily the most beautiful guitar I've ever owned. I love that the company is eco-friendly and the shipping was insanely fast, especially given that there's an ocean between where I live and where they're based out of. I will definitely be getting more guitars from Lindo in the future!

Trustpilot really is trustworthy. I won a Lindo Saturn Pebble, and I got it without any damages from my guitar. Craziest part is that It arrived 3 days earlier than the estimated time of arrival. And lastly, it was a perfect timing because it arrived at my birthday which is now. Keep it up!

Reviewing Lindo guitars is fairly straight forward. I’ve had three very different experiences with them. In 2020 I bought a new Left Handed Blackfire Electro Acoustic for my grandson. He has used it religiously ever since, still as straight as the day it was bought, still stays in tune, good tuners and a great guitar to play.
On the second occasion I bought a B-Stock Slimline Electro Acoustic direct from Lindo. After trying it, my grandson just could not get on with it. Nothing at all wrong with it, just a personal preference. It was a lovely guitar. Deciding to return it, I contacted Lindo and their after sales service was second to none. It was returned with no hassle and an offerr on a reduced price on a further purchase was made. Full refund given instantly.
The third interaction with Lindo involved a lucky draw ticket that resulted in a brand new Neptune 3 Matte Black Shortscale Electro Acoustic Bass turning up within days of winning it. It is a wonderful instrument and came in a top quality case.
My one complaint with the Neptune V3 is that it was so impressive the bass player in my sons band loved it so much he has now adopted it for an acoustic set at an open mic this week. I doubt if I will be seeing much of it.
In conclusion, myself, my grandson and the lucky bass player all highly rate Lindo guitars and would recommend them, to the point whereby I’m sure there will be future purchases.... or maybe a few draw tickets also. Top Quality, Excellent delivery time and perfect customer service.

I am writing this review to strongly warn potential buyers about my experience with this seller.

I ordered the White Dove V3, expecting a decent instrument as advertised. Instead, what arrived was essentially a cheap piece of plywood. The seller explicitly assured that the machine heads and pegs were made of chromed metal, but in reality, they turned out to be cheap plastic! On top of that, they love to hype up the "free accessories" they throw in, acting like they are doing you a massive favor. In reality, these are the cheapest, bottom-of-the-barrel extras imaginable. To make matters worse, because the seller shipped from the UK to Poland, I was hit with heavy customs duties and import taxes upon arrival.
The craftsmanship and quality control were completely non-existent:

Plywood Body & Awful Glueing: The body feels like low-grade plywood with terrible, visible glue joints.

Paint Job & Staples: The finish was uneven with unpainted spots and sloppy patches.

Rough Neck & Bad Frets: Frets were sharp, uneven, and buzz terribly—making it virtually unplayable out of the box.

Poor Hardware & Cutouts: The bridge cutout was poorly routed with rough, unfinished edges, looking as if it was carved out in a hurry without any precision.

When I realized the appalling quality and defects of the instrument and decided to return it, the real headache began. I had to send everything back to the UK and deal with an agonizing process. Dealing with courier mess-ups, and send physical petitions to the Polish Customs Office just to claim back the taxes paid on a cheap plywood guitar I don't even own anymore!

I do want to clarify that the customer support team was actually very polite, responsive, and did their best to help within their capabilities—they are not to blame for this situation. However, the terrible product quality, misleading specs, hype around cheap extras, and the cross-border shipping nightmare made this transaction a massive waste of time, money, and stress.

DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS SELLER.

UPDATE: I am updating my rating to 3 stars specifically for the customer support. While the initial product had severe quality issues, Flynn from support was exceptional—he handled the return, addressed all my concerns, and provided a £20 goodwill refund for the hassle. Support gets 5 stars.

I recently received a guitar as a prize and have been thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I won the instrument to any inquiries I’ve had along the way, the process has been exceptionally smooth and positive. Additionally, the quality of the guitar is outstanding.

Great communication, and a fair price!

I needed a specific, replacement battery and XLR/jack pod for my 1st generation Lindo Neptune guitar, that I bought from the company via eBay back in 2014.
I sent an email over the weekend, and on the Monday, I received a reply from Simon, who was most friendly and helpful.
In no time, he had sorted out a payment link for the correct part I required, which was very reasonably priced, at only £18, including postage.

Once I had paid, he contacted me again to let me know that it had been dispatched. The part was with me in no time at all.

Over all, the service I received, was fast, efficient, very friendly, and second to none. I would have absolutely no hesitation, in buying from Lindo again.

I have just taken delivery of my 4th Lindo guitar and I am so pleased and impressed by the build, design and playability. Real value for money and such unique designs. You should have at least one Lindo guitar in your collection. The slim body Electro Acoustic models are my absolute favourite. I also have to mention that as a company they are such a pleasure to do business with. They get 5 stars from me all the way.
