I have been using Lash base since their US launch & can't say enough positive stuff about their customer service and speed of delivery. My favorite products are the double classics and their lash cleanser sachets🖤

I’ve been using LashBase for over 5 years now, wouldn’t use any other product. I use their flexibonder, glue, lashes and Korean lash lift daily. They are great with communications and reply on social media! Definitely recommend using LashBase :) x

Great products, flexibonder has changed my lash game! When I wasnt happy with postage due to lack of clarity, I complained, they clarified, I said I still wasnt happy and they refunded me immediately. Their customer service is excellent. Nearly all my lash kit is Lashbase, they're good value for money and stay competitive despite being market leaders.

LashBase - products and service are second to none. Would not use any other brand now. Moved from another brand approx 6 years ago and not once have I been disappointed or let down by LashBase! They best there is! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ their customer service is outstanding and their community of lash techs building each other up is amazing!

I only started using Lashbase this year . I have ordered a couple online trainings , flexibonder, brow tint lash cleaning kits .
I love the support groups and reactive CS.
They have very frequent sales and promotions on , fun marketing videos and I love Jamie’s advice videos and tips and tricks , down to earth personality.

I’ve been using LashBase for all of my businesses lash supplies exclusively now for over 5 years. From their wide range of lashes, to primers and sealant, everything I have tried is top notch. The customer service is also 10/10 every single time, speedy shipping and I love the loyalty points for a little discount now and again which is a bonus! Highly recommend

After trying a few different lash brands I've stuck with lashbase for the last few years. Customer service is excellent, shipping is quick, offers are amazing and quality of products are brilliant. I have been using LashBase products for over 5 years now for extensions and lash lifts. As well as recently training with them in Korean Lash Lifts. They’re products are always second to none and personally I love there adhesives and the double classic lashes. They are constantly staying up to date on trends and styles and evolving their products.
LashBase education is by far the best training I have attended, so knowledgeable and ran by current industry professionals, who also want to take the time to grow their skill and experience.

My favourite UK based brand to order from. The lashes are the best quality - soft, lightweight and flexible. The customer service is honestly second to no other, any issue (even if something so small) they are willing and available to help. This alone lets me know I can order with confidence, if I encounter a problem, I know it will be resolved. They also have a great network via social media to update lash techs on changes to the industry, products, news, anything lash related. Best lash brand and honestly best customer service.

Amazing company always go above and beyond to help customer. I placed a order on Sunday but completely forgot to add shipping and then realised I forgot a item. I placed a second order and emailed admin. Had a reply first thing Monday morning from Nikki and shed combined my order and was shipped out that afternoon! Thankyou so much Nikki
