No phone call. Everything online or via email and text. I like that. No one reading terms and conditions on phone for an hour whilst busy with other stuff.

I've now had 2 loans from this company it was easy and quick both times I've had no problems at all and would recommend them.

My experience with the company was very straightforward. A great company to deal with. All very quick and efficient.

I'm usually not giving any feedbacks , may be once in a years when shoes order from Amazon bring 2 left shoes and each of them come in different size as well lol

One word for the feedback, simply no other choice of word than GRATITUDE

I was searching for logbook loan and than Loans by Mal did pop up ( their marketing team did excellent keywords targeting which saved me ££££ )

They did their best , in easiest and fastest modern digital era way as possible.

Before they made their final decision I have surprisingly received a phone call from their customers service.

It was more like phone call about to ask me how I'm and what happened before and what my future plan is , rather than what You want and why we should be bothered to do anything about your issues.

So I would give 120 % rating for making these extra step.

Ps: sometimes is better to ask for less and be sure you get it than accept what is offered to you or even ask for more and fail.

Banks like NatWest using yours hundreds of thousands £ in lifetime but when you ask for additional loan when your current one is finishing they just refuse to do anything else than give you credit card with less than £10k....

I would recommend to everyone who is struggling with cash flow or facing average financial difficulties to TRY with Loan by Mal

Application was easy to complete. I received the approval e-mail anf confirmation of my Direct Debit instruction the same day. I'm now waiing for the money to come through, but was informed that this would happen within 24 working hours, so still in time. Good customer service.

The application process was actually quite easy and straight to the point.

I was a bit nervous by how quickly I received the contract as I wasn’t sure if it was legitimate, but everything turned out great. I was able to receive the payment within 3 days of the confirmation and like they said, they sent me an email to alert me when re-payment will start.
