So easy to order and such beautiful clothes

Avoid Jessica by B. The items I received were terrible quality and nothing like I expected. Despite the company presenting itself as UK-based and advertising free returns, my order was actually sent from China. I was then told I would have to pay to return everything to China myself, so the returns certainly aren’t free.

I was also offered a 50% refund on the condition that I left a good review. This makes me seriously question whether the positive reviews shown on their website are genuine and trustworthy.

The whole experience has caused me nothing but stress and aggravation. In my opinion, the way this company operates is extremely misleading. I strongly advise others to avoid it.

I ordered a dress ( £30), it arrived on 21st July.. it was absolute rubbish.. I have sent over 30 emails of complaint, , and was always promised, ( eventually), a 50% refund...but today, 6th Sept, as it is over 30 days refund period .. I get nothing...
It's all a SCAM.

'Thank you for checking with us! Just to clarify, the 50% mentioned in the review email is a 50% voucher/discount code for a future purchase, rather than a refund back to your original payment method' - Over and Out !!

I ordered an evening dress in early August. Over a month later I still haven’t received my order. I have emailed the company and have received polite replies that don’t answer my questions regarding delivery of my order. I suspect this could be a bogus company.

I ordered a dress paid for it in June. They sent me an email saying it was out of stock i could order something different, with a percentage off. I emailed back saying the dress was for a special occasion as that had passed I no longer need it i would like a refund. It is now September I have not received a refund I had emails saying they can’t find my order. I have sent a copy of the order and my details multiple times they just stop replying. I didn’t even want to give 1 star.
Please don’t order they just want your money!

Terrible.
Cancelled the order before it was fulfilled, they sent it anyway, days later than the website stated it would despatch.
They want a multitude of things to apply for a refund and it costs as much in postage as the dress cost
Over 20 emails sent to them in total, they send generic ones back nearly every time.
In addition, the item is poor quality.
Their registered address is UK, it's actually based in USA.

I’ve been trying to return and asking for my money back they are totally totally a scam. Just keep sending emails asking for more information. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOW TRADING UNDER ANOTHER NAME BE CAREFUL SCAM.

Bought dress which looked nothing like it looked on the website I complained & requested to return it for a refund
I was told to return it to an address in USA ? which would have cost me more than the dress!
This company is not in York UK I have no idea where it operates from

Dubious, if you ask for a refund, they don't want to give you a refund. They make you write back and forth. Material so poor and sizes are incorrect. I Should have checked the reviews before ordering anything from this company. Worst company ever dealt with. PLEASE AVOID. It's a big scam!

They are poorly sized it's, EXTREMELY poor quality and they ask for a photo of you wearing the items, along with measurments as proof they don't fit to process a refund! I refused and was followed up with an email requesting exactly the same thing. Currently stuck in a loop trying to get my money back.

Terrible company, absolute scam. Product arrived after three weeks, having seemed like a uk company based in York it definitely wasn’t. I ordered a small, and the product was more like an XL, nothing like the photos and horrendous quality. AVOID!!

It was easy to order. I am looking forward to my new dress!

Great simple process on website. Lovely variety of dresses. Websites lay out it lovely and themed well.

Exactly as all the many other reviews say: this is a fake company which has a clever website designed to look like a legitimate UK-based (York based) clothing website. They got me because I was tired and in a rush, and I wish I had checked Trustpilot first. The address is misleading (it's a Costcutter or a flat above Costcutter, if you look it up on Google Maps), the 'York' in their title at the top of the website is misleading, the wording around delivery is misleading. It's plainly a Chinese enterprise designed to mislead the consumer into thinking it's a UK-based shop. I only ordered last night (and immediately sent a request to cancel/be refunded) so too early to say what will happen but not hopeful based on others' experience. Totally misleading.

I bought an "embroidered" dress from this website. It was an inaccurate description because it was a printed fabric and not actually embroidered. Also the dress definitely didn't look like the picture (it was far inferior and a different fabric, in the picture it looked like cotton or linen but it was synthetic). The company would not provide a prepaid return label which it has to do under UK consumer law when an item is inaccurately described. They would only offer a partial refund after several emails. I ended up getting a refund through the customer dispute resolution service on my credit card.

Amazing collection and such an easy checkout process! I absolutely loved their range, and the free delivery was a great bonus. My order is on its way already, with no long waiting times. Would definitely recommend Jessica by Bee! ❤️
