Amazing customer service

I would like to congratulate Inka Arthouse for promptly following up on my recent sale. I had a small problem with a dark mark on the frame. I asked if I could exchange it. The lovely lady apologised, told me to keep the original and promptly sent out a replacement piece. This is fabulous after sale service and gives me great confidence to shop with them again which I will be doing. Well done and thank you to a small Australian business.

I had such a wonderful experience with Inka Arthouse and particularly wanted to acknowledge Emma for her amazing customer service.

I had purchased some prints quite some time ago and recently contacted Inka Arthouse about returning them and choosing something different. Emma was incredibly helpful, understanding and lovely to deal with throughout the whole process. She made everything so easy and was more than happy to assist with arranging store credit so that I could choose some new pieces.

I've now placed my new order and couldn't be happier with the experience. It's quite rare to receive such genuinely friendly and accommodating customer service, and it has definitely made me feel confident purchasing from Inka Arthouse again.

Starting to think I’ve been scammed. I paid for express delivery but haven’t received anything. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with customer service but no one has gotten back to me. I’ll be getting in touch with my bank for a refund if I don’t receive my print by the end of the week.

If I could give zero stars I would. This business is a scam. I paid hundreds of dollars and received 2 broken frames. Even without the breakage, the frame itself (and the cheap plastic, not glass) are warped and don't actually sit together properly as a frame. They are floppy with no structural integrity. Absolute junk.

Customer service is non-existent. I've repeatedly emailed them with photos of how the frames arrived and they've completely ignored me. So I've been scammed.

I should have read the reviews - it seems like a common theme that remains unaddressed despite feedback from some time ago.

Very satisfied with quality of the posters. Placed 2 orders in a row and both orders arrived quickly. The poster has this thick paper quality. Really happy with it. Will order again with Inka Arthouse if I want something new on my walls.

I ordered a set of 3 prints which are perfect, superb colours and the framing is excellent. The customer service was friendly, helpful and prompt. Safely wrapped and delivered to my door. Love them so much I ordered some more.

The website is full of interesting art, making browsing inspiring. My granddaughter and I immediately loved the print by Kartika Paramita, which I bought for her new bedroom. The delivery was fairly speedy too and emails answered promptly. Well packaged when it arrived and the quality very good. Very lovely business.

My 2nd order and all I can say is it was a pleasure to deal with Inka again. With their easily navigable website and great artwork suggestions by room, it is the perfect solution to give your home that cutting edge. Helpful customer service team and exemplary packaging and delivery make this a highly recommended for me.

Inka had exactly the pieces I wanted for my home collection. The quality of the reproductions is excellent, and the frames look great too. When I had a question about my order, I received a timely, thoughtful, and positive response. The items arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Every aspect of my experience was beyond satisfactory!

Placed an order for a variety of prints on 25 July, including a framed A0 piece. I was contacted on 31 July by "Jen" stating they were facing logistical issues with sourcing A0 frames (which begs the question why they are still listed as available for purchase) and instead offered me the option to refund the frame portion of my order, or to instead supply two A1 frames pieces for the same value. I elected the two A1 framed pieces.
Weeks passed and I had not heard anything about the status of my order. I have followed up with Inka 4 separate times, simply requesting an update on my order, a rough timeframe for delivery, or to speak with someone else who may be able to assist. Finally, having received no reply to any of my emails, I have asked for a full refund and for my order to be cancelled.
I'm not sure if Inka are facing some sort of insolvency issue, or if their customer service is simply nonexistent. Either way, I feel I have been mislead about the service being provided (as other reviews have stated, Inka lists time frames for delivery on its website, and also states you are able to speak to someone between 10am-4pm on weekdays - both not true in my experience). I'm sure the relevant Australian authorities would be interested and have little sympathy for the way Inka chooses to conduct its business. I would not recommend ordering from Inka under any circumstance unless you would like to waste your money on a non existent product.
