I love it

I spent over $700 promoting my music through Intellijend. While I did gain some genuine new followers, overall I wasn’t impressed with the results for the amount of money spent.

My biggest disappointment was the customer support. When my Meta advertising account became restricted right after launching another campaign through Intellijend, I spent weeks trying to find a solution, including contacting Meta directly. Even after Meta found a way for me to advertise through Instagram, Intellijend offered no solution and repeatedly told me to contact Meta.

Every interaction I had with support felt very brief, cold and dismissive rather than genuinely trying to help. In the end, I was paying for a subscription I couldn’t use and felt completely unsupported as a customer, so I cancelled.

The platform has a good look but charges you money for simply doing something you can do for yourself right on a Metadata business Facebook or Google for almost free. They charged me about 700 dollars. And I literally got myself just as many views and followers as intellijend did. This was a sad disappointment. All the other platforms I used like Submit hub, You grow, and a couple of Seo optimizers all had far better results than the most expensive intellijend. I will never use them again. You grow is the best spotify promotion. Intellijend is by far one of the worst they'll suck your finances dry. I prefer a trustworthy Seo optimizer its one on one much more affordable its not a program promoting you its an actual person pushing your content which can create huge organic results. This was an expensive learning experience on who's good and who's a rip off..... Never again

Before I gave up, I found Intellijend.
Threw a very small amount at new release and finally saw traction.
Across all platforms including socials.
The promotion is all organic but simplified for artists.

Currently sitting at 84K monthly Spotify listeners

Useless, so u need to pay for a subscription then u basically in the meta ads platform, nothing u would not achieve by using meta ad platform by yourself which is for free so why do u need to pay for it., yes for free so basically they scam u by using the service for it. Plus you pay for the ads to.

Before intellijend I was hovering around 700 monthly listeners. I'm currently at 60k now after marketing my music with their service as well as their ad packs. You do need to have decent music that connects of course but if you believe in what you are creating there is no one better.

Got to say this platform has been a god send! We started our new project this year and intellijend has made the whole process of running ads and promoting our new music effortless. We have seen real results in such a short time and their platform analytics top that of Spotify for artists. The customer service is also on point. All of our questions have been answered promptly and they make the process so easy! I wish the dev team well as it’s fully deserved!

Intellijend has been everything I heard - easy to use, effective, and with quick and helpful customer support. They take the extra work out of Meta ads but ensure the ad structures are not basic - I've been with them for over 6 months, and highly recommend if you are serious about leveling up your music marketing.

Really good service from top to bottom. The UI interface is incredibly transparent, easy to use and looks as good as it functions. I myself am not the best when it comes to optimising my ads via meta, so having a streamlined service like Intellijend has given me a whole new burst of energy for advertising music properly. If you are an artist with all of your pieces in place except for marketing, I highly recommend Intellijend. Also, support are very communicative, efficient and always respond with information relevant to your concern in a timely fashion with informative responses.

Have used Intellijend across a number of campaigns and have seen great results! Above all else, its awesome in automating Meta ads so that you don't have to touch the awful Meta platform. When encounting issues, their support chat is quick and responsive.

So far I really like it! Support is quick to reply and helpful. Ad optimization works perfectly. Only point of feedback would be that there should be a guide for campaign setup (I do see that its coming soon). Other than that I would recommend intellijend.com for your Meta marketing.

Wow, for someone that has a real issue with dealing with the backend of these ad platforms this is the best. Upload your ads, test them to see which ad performs best and save a load of money focusing on the ads that perform best. Highly recommended

Great customer service and very smooth experience so far!

Very disappointing experience.

I paid $250 for this tool specifically to run Meta Ads for my music release, and ended up wasting my entire release day dealing with technical issues and ineffective support.

The platform kept giving me errors saying my Meta Ads account setup was the problem, despite the fact that my Meta account is fully functional and currently running other ads without any issue.

I followed every tutorial and every instruction provided by support, spent hours troubleshooting, and repeatedly explained that the issue clearly wasn’t coming from my Meta account itself. Instead of actually investigating properly or offering a real troubleshooting session (like a quick call or screen share), support kept repeating generic answers that were not helpful.

What frustrated me the most is that my refund requests were continuously ignored or avoided, while no actual solution was being provided.

As an artist, release day is extremely important and stressful already. Spending the entire day stuck in support loops instead of focusing on my launch was honestly exhausting.

Maybe the tool works for some people, but in my case the customer support experience was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what you would expect after paying this kind of money.

I cancelled my account during the first week of April, yet I’ve now received a new monthly charge for May 17. When I tried logging in to review my account details and payment information, I was unable to access the account at all.

Can you explain why I’m still being billed after cancellation and why I no longer have access to manage my account?

If this charge was made in error, I expect it to be reversed immediately. An unauthorized charge after cancellation is a serious issue, and if this isn’t resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through the appropriate channels.

Working with Intellijend has been a great experience for our band.
Their Meta ads campaigns brought real listeners and followers on Spotify and Instagram.
Highly recommended if you want to build a real music audience.

I guess I learned my lesson. They made an old campaign of mine active at $200 a day and now I don't have “permission” to turn off the ad in my own ad account. Had cancel my card because I got charged over $100 and it's not stopping.

Stay away unless you're willing to take a chance.
