Hose leak on first use
The HYW3400P was delivered promptly and the unit run and started as described after I followed the very clear instructions.
Unfortunately a hose leak occurred after approx 3 hours of use. The 4 star rating is based on my experience of the unit in use and expectation that the Hyundai warranty will stand good for a replacement hose.

So I spoke with a young man called…
So I spoke with a young man called Mitch, he was absolutely lovely. He understood which part I needed even though I didn’t. I am old and autistic and easily confused and he made the whole process so very easy. If you have a scheme where the call handlers get a reward then I think this Mitch should be up for one. I could not have wanted better customer service.

Recent problem with JCB Woodchipper
I had a recent problem with a Woodchipper that I had bought from HYUNDAI POWER PRODUCTS UK. From the taking of call and then the clear and helpful instructions with regular updates I was able to return the product a a get a replacement item. Kevasini was in touch through the whole process , guiding and giving updates. Great service and I will be buying in confidence from this company in the future
