A very good service for finding a room in the Netherlands. I especially liked how convenient and easy-to-understand the listings are. The whole process made my search for accommodation much easier, especially while adapting to a new country. I also liked the suggestions they were sending via email.
The company is helpful and responsive, and the information provided is clear and useful.
I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a room or accommodation in the Netherlands, especially students and people who have just moved to the country. Thank you for your help!

Ik had een vraag die snel en naar tevredenheid opgelost kon worden.

The website gathers information from different websites and Facebook posts and sorts them, which makes it faster and easier to search for an apartment.

I liked the interface and the use of he website. Most of all I found the email alerts the best feature. The only reason it gets 4 out of 5 is because the listing sites themselves were a bit quicker. In the Netherlands many adds lock up in a matter of minutes so every second counts. The customer service however was responsive and excellent. Took care of me quickly and professionally dealt with all my asks

Very greate service, accidental charged returned within few minutes.

Helpful to see postings in the area, but a lot of the postings were a few weeks old, or for properties that were no longer available. User interface is great, just wish the postings were more currwnt

Mijn woning zonder toestemming op deze site geplaatst

Ik heb mijn woning tijdelijk te huur aangeboden via Facebook. Zonder dat ik daar ooit toestemming voor heb gegeven, verscheen dezelfde advertentie ineens op huure.nl, inclusief mijn foto’s en de tekst die ik zelf had geschreven. Ik ben de eigenaar van de woning en heb nooit contact met dit bedrijf gehad.

Dat betekent dus dat woningzoekenden op deze site advertenties zien van woningen die daar helemaal niet worden aangeboden, en waarvan de eigenaar van niets weet. Wie hierop reageert, komt bij mij nooit binnen. Ik vind het bijzonder kwalijk dat er op deze manier een aanbod wordt gesuggereerd dat niet bestaat, zeker gezien de woningnood.

Ik heb inmiddels een verwijderverzoek gestuurd op grond van auteursrecht en de AVG. Als eigenaar zou ik iedereen willen aanraden om hier goed op te letten, en woningzoekenden om advertenties altijd te controleren bij de oorspronkelijke bron.

Een fijne ervaring gehad! De website werkt eenvoudig en er is een ruim aanbod aan huurwoningen. Ik vond het prettig dat alles duidelijk werd uitgelegd en de communicatie snel en vriendelijk verliep. Ik zou deze service zeker aanraden aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een huurwoning.

Despite there great service, i finished my work with them but I had accidentally left my subscription active and forgot to cancel it. A few days later, I noticed that I had been charged almost €50. I contacted the support team, explained the situation, and asked if there was any possibility of a refund.

To my surprise, they responded quickly, were very understanding, and refunded the full amount. It's rare to find a company that values customer satisfaction like this.

Zojuist erachter gekomen dat ook wij zijn opgelicht voor 50 euro per maand kijk uit met wat je doet jammer dat er mensen geld willen verdienen over de rug van een ander

I would like to thank the customer support which made my experience with Huure better than I expected. I have received help in the same day as my problem occurred, thus it was fixed in no time.

Scam. Heb 4 euro betaald en als ik op "show property"/"see contact info" druk, word ik naar facebook start pagina gestuurd of rare websites.

I signed up in late January for a 4-day trial. It then auto-renewed at EUR 49 every four weeks - six charges, EUR 294 in total. The renewal emails landed in my spam folder and the charge on my card statement did not clearly identify Huure, so I only discovered it at the end of June. I never used the platform after the trial: no searches, no landlord contacts. Support did confirm my cancellation quickly, which I appreciate, but declined to refund the 23 June renewal - a period I cancelled seven days into, completely unused. A trial that quietly converts into EUR 49 per four weeks, billed under a name I could not recognize, is not a fair setup. I will update this review if this gets resolved fairly.

My experience with the company was positive, as it demonstrated high integrity and helped me personally as a user.
I decided to cancel my subscription, because I was able to find accomodation through friends. The platform was intuitive and I am satisfied with the services and customer service!

The assistence was clear and really helpful. I truly recommend it!

Website is goed, maar pas op dat er een aantal huizen geplaats wordt door adverteerders waarvoor je ook weer een abonnement moet nemen. Weet niet of dit te wijten is aan Huure of niet, maar is wel heel vervelend.
