The regular updates on the tracking app. The delivery driver rang the door, waited for me to answer the door and handed me the package as opposed to just leaving it on the doorstep.

First time in Uk delivery person called me and he dropped package from my window the way I said him to him as I was in office. The best 💜💜

New Delivery company
I have never heard of Hived before and was a bit nervous of what was to come, but I have been greatly surprised!
I don’t know the drivers name, but he is absolutely lovely! Addresses me politely when engaging with me (intercom & phone calls), follows instructions, he is kind, does his job well and keeps me informed. I can’t ask for better service.
Great driver and I hope this company start as they mean to go on
