The parcel not delivered.

Ordered my first pair of bouldering shoes from this company. Fantastic price, product and service. Quick delivery considering the item came from overseas. 10/10!

I ordered a pair of Kavu Trousers. Great price and prompt delivery. Will be ordering more!

Delivery did not arrive. Issues at customs charging me over 1600£. Then this was fixed and an hour pater they were being sent back.

Took so long to deliver and I needed this product for a holiday. By the time it was delivered I was already away, and couldn’t return as the return window was closed. I do not recommend this company. Impossible to return item if you checked out as guest ans the return instructions on website to do “forgot password” do not work. Impossible to contact customer services.

I ordered my parcel in early August. It is now early September, and despite promises my parcel has not arrived!
This is terrible service.

From ordering online to my order being delivered was excellent service. Could not find this hat anywhere except on Hardloop and was very impressed with the service.

The worst outdoor shop online I have used!
Placed an order August 11th, as of today September 1st the order hasn’t even despatched.
I’ve had to chase multiple times via email / contact form for anyone to even respond.
Lacklustre apology and basically told me to wait? Then offered to despatch part of the order but still couldn’t guarantee a timeline.
Save your money and use a different store, useless at fulfilling the orders and even worse at keeping you updated.

I didn't want to share my feedback because unfortunately it wasn't to be positive.
I'm sorry to say that but the the delivery date was to be much later than the one stated in confirmation of the order.
But most importantly, even though it was said, while ordering the product, that there will be customs fee, the actual number wasn't detailed. So, when I received notification that I have to pay it I simply refused the order.
It's true I could have calculated this value, but they could have too. So, really not a good experience... Or at least a lot of room to improve.

I love that you can ask specific question and get advise what looks like a real person. Sunglasses seem great and shipment was fast. Super

Great product, best price i could find, but item got diverted to somewhere else during delivery so had to wait even longer to arrive. Not hardloops fault but shouldn't of happened

I ordered a rain jacket on 28th July and it wasn't shipped until 12th August because it wasn't in stock. The jacket was stuck in customs and I was asked to pay £50+ which was 30% the cost of the actual jacket! This additional cost was not mentiomed anywhere on my order or the email confirmation I received. I asked for refund 10 days ago and was told that the delivery company hasn't delivered the item back to Hardloop so they can't refund me. Overall very poor service and communication. Now I don't even know if I will be refunded the £160 I spent. Would absolutely avoid this company.

Bought a pair of Scarpa approach shoes. Hardloop offered a decent discount compared to the cheapest UK website. I had seen reviews complaining of slow deliveries, but my shoes arrived within 3 working days as promised and were well-packed and just as described.

I have still not received my item after almost a month. Missed my trip that I needed this bag for

long time waiting. Cannot see the return label when created a return.
