I can’t thank Olly and the team at Happy Travels enough.

I enquired about a Fiji trip 10 days before arriving in the country and Olly went above and beyond.

From changing the itinerary to booking all the ferry and airport transports the whole experience from a customer side was super simple. There are still a few days left in Fiji for me but I can’t wait for what is the come.

The team asked what I wanted out of the trip and planned accordingly. Informed of price changes every step of the way.

Our consultation with Happy Travels was overall a really good experience. Unfortunately, we were passed between several different consultants during the process, so in the end we had conversations with three different people. That made things a little frustrating at times because we felt we were being asked the same questions repeatedly, even though we had already provided the information clearly.
In the end, however, Ryan took over our booking and guided us through the rest of the process. He was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciated all the time and effort he put into making everything work, and we are very grateful for his support.

A big thank you to the whole team as well! We really like the concept of being able to choose everything ourselves while having the itinerary tailored specifically to our preferences. The process is fast, flexible, and works really well.

Booked a couple of trips with Happy Travels last September and they were extremely helpful. So much that I decided to go with them again for an east coast trip this year. Sam T was a great help in providing us with a schedule that was tailored to exactly what we hoped for. I would recommend going through Happy Travels to give you the best deals and travel plan.

Sam at Happy Travels was great help in ensuring our East coast trip wasn’t only as good as possible, but also helping us keep it budget friendly. Freya was absolutely fantastic to work with. She knew exactly what type of activities would suit our family. Her knowledge and expertise were invaluable.

Freya was absolutely amazing! She guided us through making the itinerary from start to finish with lots of helpful tips and tricks and personalised it to our preferences for a group of 4 that are a bit all over the place with dates so working with Freya was super helpful to manage to get the most out of the trip for all! The personal itinerary created on the website is amazing and super handy to have. I would always normally organise these things myself an avoid companies but I will 100% use happy travels again couldn’t recommend it and Freya enough! Thank you!

I would certainly recommend happy travels to anyone. Sophie was so helpful and sorted us out with buses, a boat tour, and a scenic flight. It was so easy and she explained everything superbly to us. We were delighted to to meet her and felt so much happier about our trip when we sorted our last few days of our big trip! Thanks so much Sophie ☺️

We had a great experience with Sophie, she sorted everything for our trip to the Eadt coast. She went above and beyond booking our transfers as it is difficult to figure out at times. She was so patient with us and so generous with her time while also giving us some tips from her own personal experience with travel. We would highly recommend calling in to Sophie in happy travels !

Sam T helped me organise my trip. He was super helpful, gave great advice, and was quick to respond. So much of the stress of organising and booking trips was removed and it was much cheaper than I thought!

The instructor was very welcoming and made me feel very safe. It was my first time ever on a jet ski and driving through the mangrove was so cool and even though we didn’t see any crocodiles it was very fun.

Ashton and Lauren helped me to plan my trip over the phone. I couldn’t recommend them enough; they were so helpful and informative and after going through a full itinerary I asked for a night to think about it. They were so understanding and reassuring it reconfirmed for me I was making the right decision going with them! If you’re thinking about it, book it!

Aaron was absolutely amazing! He made answered all our question patiently and gave us great recommendations. Thank you for your excellent service.
