The delivery did take a little bit of time, I was sceptical at first, but they did respond to my emails. Received the t shirt, great quality. Would definitely recommend, worth the money.

Very good quality clothes
I was looking for a designer brand clothes which is authentic but doesn't cost so much, then I saw this website. I was very skeptical at first, especially that the updating of my ordertook so long plus the shipping, you always need 20 days of waiting time when you ordered something from them. I purchased 2 times from their website. What i can say good was the customer service. Sofia was really helpful in accommodating my concern. The clothes are unbelievably good quality and I could say they are authentic. I just wish that the shipping could be a lot faster. All in all I'm happy with my purchase and I'm planning to purchase some again 😁

I recently ordered the Givenchy Shark Lock boots from Hauteroma, and I'll admit I had a slight moment of panic at first. When I placed my order, the confirmation email didn't come trough immediately due to my mistake. I emailed and support team quickly updated my email address. My boots arrived in time and looks fabulous. Such a great experience!

Formal Complaint – Non-Delivery of Order and Fraudulent Tracking Number
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an order I placed with your company, which I have not received after 30 days.
After waiting the expected delivery period, I contacted your customer service via email to enquire about the status of my order. In response, I received a tracking number which, upon verification, does not exist in any courier or postal system. This constitutes a fraudulent response and a clear violation of consumer rights.
I hereby request:
1. Immediate full refund of the amount paid;
2. A formal written explanation for the non-delivery and the provision of a false tracking number;
3. Confirmation of the above within 5 business days.
Please be advised that should I not receive a satisfactory response within the stated timeframe, I will be filing formal complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities, including Europol, the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), and any other applicable national and international bodies.
I have retained all evidence, including payment records, email correspondence, and the fraudulent tracking reference provided.
