Accidently used my previous address when ordering and only noticed the next morning. honestly thought there was nothing they could do anymore but support changed it before shipping, parcel came to the correct house thankfully
The tracking didnt update for 6 days which made me think the parcel had gone missing. I emailed them and they looked into it straight away, apparently it was still moving but not scanning. Arrived a couple days later and everything was okay in the end
tracking said delivered but there was nothing outside my house, I was honestly panicking. Contacted them and they helped me check with the courier, turns out it was left with my neighbour without a note. not really the shops fault and the dress is lovely
only received the trousers at first and thought they forgot to pack the matching top. support explained the items had been sent separately and sent the other tracking link, the top arrived 3 days later. Would be nice to know before but all good now
I ordered the green dress but received black instead, so at first I was not happy at all. Sent them some pictures and they arranged the correct colour without making it difficult. Green one arrived and its honestly gorgeous.
dress was much tighter than I expected and I was pretty upset because it was for my birthday. they helped me exchange it for the next size and the new one fits perfect. Took some extra time obviously but they were really kind about it
when I tried the dress on it was way too small and I was really disappointed because I needed it for an event. Customer service helped me choose another size and the replacement fitted so much better. stressful at first but they handled it kindly
