Unfortunately my first bracelet didn’t arrive but they were quick to send out a replacement and it arrived fast .. I’m very happy with it and it very pretty 🤩 thank you 🙏

Not had the opportunity to review quality of product yet because delivery is taking forever! ETA wasn't indicated at time of ordering. Looks like a quality product from website and seems local however, delivery is extraordinary slow to say the least!

Was easy to order, delivery was a bit long, but i understood this, and was kept up to date, about my order, so excellent service

Exactly as pictured very pleased

Very happy with the 3 bracelets I bought.

Yes. I’ve dug considerably deeper, and I would not buy from this site based on what I’ve found.

There are several quite serious red flags.

🚩 1. The site’s own terms reveal a different business

The website presents itself as “Ella’s Copper” and repeatedly tells the story of Ella making the jewellery herself.

But its Terms of Service actually identify the trader as:

“Evelyn And Rose Boutique”

and the same terms say that returned goods have to be sent to a warehouse in China.

That’s a very significant discrepancy.

🚩 2. It claims everything is handmade by Ella — but admits goods are overseas

The site says:

* “Each piece is made by hand”
* “in my own workshop”
* “No machines”
* “99.9% pure copper”
* and says Ella personally makes each piece after an order.

Yet its refund policy says a full refund requires you to send the item to “our warehouse overseas”, while the Terms specifically say China.

And customers are reporting that their orders actually arrived from China. One recent UK reviewer specifically said the site gave the impression of being UK-based but the parcel came from China.

🚩 3. The “Ella” story doesn’t add up

This is particularly interesting.

The website’s main story says:

“I’m Ella”

and says she spent 13 years working alongside an occupational therapist.

But another page suddenly identifies the supposed artisan as:

“Ella Ramirez · Copper Artisan · Santa Fe, New Mexico · Est. 1974”

while the photograph on that very page is labelled:

“Vera Holloway, Copper Artisan, Sedona Arizona.”

That’s a major inconsistency.

I searched for Ella Ramirez as a Santa Fe copper artisan established in 1974 and couldn’t find an independent presence supporting that story.

🚩 4. And your photograph is even more suspicious now

Your photograph is not simply a random picture on the site.

I’ve found other copper-jewellery websites using remarkably similar imagery and the same elderly-craftswoman/wooden-workshop concept. For example, another copper jewellery site currently uses an extremely similar AI-looking elderly woman working copper in a workshop.

More importantly, the Vera Holloway story appearing on Ella’s Copper is also used by another copper jewellery website, where “Vera” is described as a 69-year-old Sedona artisan making her final collection.

So we’re not just talking about a questionable photograph anymore. There appears to be a whole marketing/storytelling template being reused across these copper-jewellery sites.

🚩 5. Customer reviews contain some very worrying allegations

The overall Trustpilot score is currently high — about 4.6/5 from roughly 170 reviews — so I wouldn’t say every customer has had a bad experience. Many people say they received attractive bracelets and were happy with them.

However, there are now multiple negative reviews specifically alleging:

* products being shipped from China;
* misleading claims about where the products are made;
* products allegedly not being pure copper;
* broken jewellery;
* difficulty obtaining refunds.

One review posted 2 September 2026 alleges that items advertised as pure copper had a stainless-steel marking and that magnets stuck to some pieces. That’s an allegation from a customer, not something I’ve independently verified, but it is certainly concerning.

🚩 6. The website’s own wording is poor

There are several signs that the site has been assembled from generic templates rather than being the polished website of a long-established artisan.

For example, its shipping policy contains awkward wording such as:

“Manage your shipping costs in a healthy way.”

and says delivery is normally 3–8 business days but can take twice as long during sales.

The Terms also contain boilerplate referring to an entirely different business name.

My overall verdict

I would avoid Ellas-Copper.com.

I’m not saying I can prove that no jewellery will arrive — clearly some customers have received bracelets. And the positive reviews suggest some people are reasonably happy with what they receive.

But the evidence strongly suggests that the presentation is misleading.

In particular, I would not believe the photograph you showed me represents the actual person making your jewellery, and I would be very doubtful about the claim that each item is individually handmade by “Ella” in her own workshop.

The combination of “Ella’s workshop” → Terms saying “Evelyn And Rose Boutique” → warehouse in China → customers reporting Chinese shipments → contradictory artisan names/photos → very similar marketing appearing on other sites is far too many red flags for me to recommend purchasing.

Do NOT buy from this business. The bracelet i bought is NOT pure copper and after to weeks shows silver alloy metal under this copper coating! Asked for my money back and reported the advert on Facebook as a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE BUSINESS

Spent over £102 gbp. Shipped from china, took a few weeksto arrive. 'Pure copper' had a stainless steel stamp on it. Other items snapped within the week showing an alloy base. Others, magnets stuck to, Not pure copper at all. So annoyed at the substandard quality and total miss selling of this product, that I'm genuinely confused by all the 'positive reviews ' Have requested a refund showing pics of faulty and fake copper items and still waiting for a reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Arrived on time. Love the bracelet very pretty and comfortable to wear. Very pleased with it.

They were fantastic when my bracket got damaged before it was delivered and contacted me straight away to offer a replacement or refund. Received replacement very quickly and couldn’t be happier, beautiful bracelet well worth the wait and excellent customer service

The bracelet is very plain ( beautifully made) which is exactly what I wanted. I also bought another one that is more intricate and very beautiful too but this is for a Xmas present for my bestie. I have my bracelet on now and I'm very hopeful that I will start to feel the benefits soon.

A very nice website & I was drawn into believing it was a uk based site, don’t make my mistake, this is a Chinese based company & not being manufactured by a little old lady in her workshop.
Saying that delivery was as stated a the bracelet appears to be of reasonable quality.

At the same time as I was waiting for bracelet I was waiting for another item from different firm which was dreadful. However the. Bracelet arrived safely and I picked it up from shop 3mins away which was great. Very pleased with it thank you👍

This is a Gorgeous Necklace. The detail is exquisite and is beautiful made. It feel’s very substantial and looks beautiful. I love this necklace❤️
