I deposited, trades and made a lot of profit after requesting a withdrawal, my request was suddenly stopped and my account was put under review. Support told me to wait for days but did not explain the exact reason. I am concerned about this delay and expect a clear explanation and access to withdraw my funds without unnecessary restrictions. Feeling Like a Victim $20,000 Still Being Withheld by Elev8
Elev8 says verified deposits were refunded to the source wallets. Fine. But for the remaining deposits they claim could not be verified, why are they simply keeping the money?
If their concern is the profit generated from unverified funds, then calculate that specific profit and deduct it. The underlying deposited funds should not simply be retained without a clear, transaction-by-transaction justification.
I have repeatedly asked for a proper breakdown showing what was verified, what was not, how the profit was calculated, and how the remaining balance was determined. I still have not received this clarity.
I am not asking for extra money I am asking for my own deposited funds to be returned with a transparent and properly justified calculation.

We understand that the outcome is unwelcome and appreciate you sharing your concerns.
During the verification process, deposits for which third-party ownership was confirmed with supporting documents were refunded to the source wallets. Deposits linked to unverified third-party ownership are also returned, however, in accordance with clause 13.10 of our Customer Agreement, any profit generated from those deposits is forfeited.
We understand that the verification process involved several steps and that you provided substantial information. Our KYC team has already shared a detailed explanation through the official email channel, and we stand by the accuracy of that reconciliation.

Good overall. Had withdrawal issue but they quickly solved it
Trade with them for 5 months, had a payout delay which got me pretty scared but the support help me track it and i finally received. Second withdrawal was much faster. Deposits are fast, charts don't lag. Nice
