Item (blower) arrived damaged so unusable. Nobody answering customer service line, it says disconnected. Have emailed twice over the last 3 weeks and nobody responds. BEWARE- something off with this company. Have now had to raise a claim with my cc company

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered an expensive spanner. Item was sent out for delivery. I received the flimsy Jiffy bag and no spanner. Sent 2 emails left 2 voicemails phoned multiple times. They never pick the phone up. Customer service is nonexistent how the hell you get such a high rating. 2 weeks later still no response Avoid!!!
