I worked with Jacopo when I was trying to decide whether to go back to corporate or do something different.

The tools Jacopo provided and the self-awareness I developed during the process make it possible to respond consciously to situations (rather than impulsively, as one would naturally tend to do) and have a strong impact on personal growth that extends to all areas of life family, relationships, and work. Of course, its up to each individual to choose to make use of them. I would also recommend a leadership program to build greater confidence and to truly understand what it means to be a leader.
