I’m impressed so far. Went for testing at a convenient location last Thursday and received my results on Friday. I like the clear explanations of each bio marker and the common sense advice for making improvements where required.

I posed a question to Joy, the AI assistant, and got a sensible, balanced and personalised answer.

I think offering monthly payment by direct debit would attract more clients.

Signed up & got in for my blood test in less than a week. Having my blood test was easy & fuss free & service was friendly and efficient and punctual. I got my results back in about 24 hours!. I especially wanted my biological age but the other results were informative & interesting & good to know. I have a clear understanding of what is needed & trying to put into action.

For me it was easy to book an appointment and the results came back in 2 days. Results are explained in the app and a PDF (just of the numbers) can be downloaded if you want it. I am assured that all results remain visible on the app so you can compare them in future. Every Monday the app gives me a choice of various tasks roughly tailored to my results and health concerns. I am asked to choose 3 to work on that week. Some of the tasks are ones I already do, so I concentrate on the ones that I do not do and that are a challenge. I consider them reminders to improve my habits. So far so good.

I deliberated as it’s expensive. Decided to sign up and then realised that there is no test centre near me. I’m hoping that they will give a full refund. I wasn’t asked for my location when signing up so there was no means of checking where the test centres are. I can cancel the subscription but that just stops auto renew for next year so I may have paid £249 for nothing. I will update if I get a refund.

I am impressed by the speed of the results and the relatively easy daily changes suggested.
While the ‘poor’ results were not a complete surprise the ‘good’ ones were reassuring and encouraging.
And it’s good to know there is action I can take to improve my overall health.

Great idea a base marker so you can tell what is better (or worse) after each blood test; however, I’m very disappointed only to receive a PDF of blood results and none of the information about why it’s taken and what my result means. Non - medical people do not know why each test is done and why and what that means for them and do not want to be constantly scrolling on a little phone screen to find out. Perhaps older people who are not permanently attached to their phones would agree.
After each blood test it would make sense to have paper copies that can be put side by side for easy comparison purposes.

Experience was fine, very easy and the results were in the next day. Very happy with it all.

Very quick and easy to sign up and could get blood test within same week. Results came back in 2 days and was very impressed with the detail which explained everything unlike blood test from GP where you are left to figure out the medical terms yourself

Having the app walk you through your results, with explanations, was really helpful. I could get more detail if I wanted, but also see quickly the problem areas. It was great to have all the info in one place, and written in an easy-to-understand way.

Excellent service so far. Blood test was easy to book and I received my results the next day! Results were clearly explained. Easy to implement suggested weekly changes to support health. Joy (the AI) has been helpful. Only downside is having to travel over an hour to the nearest clinic. Having a closer clinic would be great.

I thought I was living a healthy lifestyle, however my blood test showed that work was required in some areas. I knew that these results were caused by a very hot summer where cooking and food variety had been neglected. Theres no hiding from blood test results. They proved to be the kick up the butt that I needed to get back to the healthy habits I had during the previous seasons. I was also very suprised to get hormone levels confirmed. This was especially useful for navigating the menopause. These particular results made me realise that some issues I was having were not just about getting old... I can easily improve them

Although I’ve only just started the big change for me is a psychological one - I am taking myself seriously & believing that my life matters- for me! That it’s my life & the choices I make will have a huge impact as I enter my older years

Once again we had to travel over 60 miles to our nearest test location. It came as a surprise that only 11 biomarkers are measured in test 2 and even less in test 3 apparently. The biomarkers I had taken vitamin supplements to improve weren’t measured in test 2 so I have no idea if it’s improved.
Also test 2 is just a blood test, now measurements or weight taken.

Eva was very helpful in establishing the reason for my app not showing some detail. This was my fault so a lesson learned. She was very supportive and clear communication skills and advice

Great service! Got the results back really quickly with a detailed and clear explanation of what they meant and advice about what to do now. Love that Do Health tests for biomarkers that your GP usually won’t look at. Then Joy, your coach, will help you make little everyday, manageable changes which can add up to a big improvement over time, without having to completely overhaul your life in one go.
