My gran had written all about her life…
My gran had written all about her life throughout the years before she passed away. It had been typed in a word file and I was looking somewhere to get it printed into a book. I found Doxzoo on Google and thought I’d try getting it printed as they offered a pdf file upload for printing. The whole process was simple to navigate when ordering and the book was printed quickly. The quality is superb and my gran would have been delighted to have seen her words printed. Will definitely recommend Doxzoo for anyone wanting to print a book.

Absolutely perfect! The print quality is superb and it shows that it was no rush job. The service was very professional from start to finish, and I loved having the option to chose a specific delivery date. The final product was stunning and very high quality, matching my specificationsit was exactly. It was safely packaged with labels warning not to bend it and with added card inside to keep it sturdy. Usually I'm not picky about costs but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it is. 100% recommend this company for any print job and its now my go to when I need professionally made products.

Incredible price for great quality printing

I couldn't be happier. Quality was OUTSTANDING across all my prints and pricing was actually reasonable vs most print sites nowadays. Delivery took much less time than I expected and everything came exactly as expected, no surprises. Will be switching all my printing to doxzoo now, I feel like I have a partner I can trust in printing!

Absolutely POOR quality
Needed a print on a tight deadline so I paid extra for a quicker turn around. The quality of the prints were so poor. There were scratch lines all over the product and it absolutely was not centered at all. I tried escalating this issue to them and they were forcing me to damage the product further for a refund. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place because I paid extra for a quick turnaround due to a deadline yet the print quality was awful. They even included in the postage that someone had personally inspected and signed off the prints, this person must be blind with the amount of scratch lines on the prints. I sent them the photos too and demanded an explanation of how this happened. Never using doxzoo again. failed expectation

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your order.
Our terms and conditions, which are accepted at checkout, state that products must be returned to us before we can issue a refund. This allows us to inspect the products and verify the issue. To avoid customers being unable to use their order while a quality issue is being resolved, we ask that any affected cards are clearly marked rather than used or sent out.
In this instance, the cards had already been used and sent to your customers, meaning there was unfortunately no way for us to have the products returned for inspection and therefore we could not issue a refund.
As a goodwill gesture, we did provide print credit for the order.
We understand that you were working to a tight deadline, but we do have to apply our returns and refund policy consistently across all orders.

Very impressed with Doxzoo. Had my order been ever so slightly easier to interpret (my fault no doubt), I would have given 5 stars. But received my perfect postcards, so very happy with the result.
