Response from the staff member (Gemma) was timely and friendly, and greatly helped with my issue of a delayed flight. I didn’t expect it to be a extenuating circumstance but I’m glad I could get the help I needed to reschedule my event :)

Unfortunately I had to cancel a Gigantic Tickets experience in London.

Gemma was the Gigantic Tickets rep I dealt with - all communication was timely, clear and concise. After a few days of appalling client service in my home country (Australia) it was a pleasure to work with Gemma to achieve my goal of a refund on the face value of the tickets I had purchased.

Can't wait to see the show but wanted to give major props to Gemma in customer service for helping me w/ my ticket adjustment so I could infact attend.

I've asked for some help the day before the concert, and the reply has arrived in time, clear, and very efficient and helpful. 100% satisfied.

I made a typo error in my booking which meant I didn’t receive confirmation of the booking. Gemma was very quick to resolve the issue and all is well :-)

Had to unfortunately claim back tickets for a festival due to illness. However, the process of claiming back was straight forward and Amy was super helpful!

Contacted to get a refund (I had purchased cancellation cover) and they emailed within 24hrs to say its on it's way, great service from Amy.

Had an issue today after purchasing tickets and entering my email address incorrectly.
