Seemed like a decent Wheelchair but it shorted out and melted the battery terminals so was returned for a refund

I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

We initially purchased an electric wheelchair for my father, but unfortunately, it turned out to be too fast for him. From the very beginning, the company was incredibly helpful and understanding. They arranged for a replacement of the same model, specially adjusted to better suit my father's needs.

Sadly, my father passed away before he ever had the chance to use the second wheelchair. When I contacted the company to explain what had happened, I was deeply touched by the kindness, compassion, and humanity they showed me during such a difficult time.

They immediately offered to take the wheelchair back and, as promised, they refunded me the full amount I had paid. Everything was handled with great professionalism, efficiency, and, above all, genuine empathy.

Their thoughtful messages of condolence and the way they dealt with the entire situation meant a great deal to me and my family. It is rare to come across a company that combines such outstanding customer service with such genuine human kindness.

I am truly grateful for everything they did for us. They provided outstanding service from beginning to end, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Bij de ontvangst van de scooter de Z02 model , wilt de batterij niet aangaan ik heb alle stappen doorlopen en juist opgeladen 8uur maar voorlopig nog geen meter gereden.

Purchased a DO4 through Amazon for me as my wife now using my Drive Airfold. Quite happy with everything except the the joystick control is extremely sensitive and very twitchy. Would be improved if it could be desensitised.
I am not a new user but concerned about a new user being caught out by the very quick responses.

About 2 months ago I bought an wheelchair D10 for my wife.
All did function well except the uncoupling of the motors didnt functioned not.
First tried to repair it with guidance of mr (or mss) Mill.
But after a time they decided to ask the chair back, repair it and so we did.
The chair was picked up from home and returned in 8 working days, without any costs.
That was a nice solution.
Its now working alright.

On your Amazon details you state that the stable Top tires help you easily handle any terrain, from city streets to rocky beaches, grassland and jungle. Those are the exact words you use. I bought it because of these words. I have since sent it back to you without a mark or stain on it. I took photos. You gave me a partial refund knocked off a third.

Seit 08/2022 lebe ich mit ME/CFS post covid.
Meine Kraft ist stark eingeschränkt, besonders in den Händen und Beinen. Ohne Hilfe schaffe ich nur noch wenige Schritte. Manchmal sind es wirklich nur ein paar.

In der Wohnung nutze ich den Rollstuhl M4 als Selbstfahrer. Für mich ist das mehr als nur ein Hilfsmittel, es ist ein kleines Stück Selbstständigkeit. Er ist leicht und wendig, ich komme durch schmale Bereiche und kann mich in meinem Tempo bewegen. So gut es meine Energie eben zulässt. Und genau das macht einen Unterschied.

Draußen nutze ich den Rollstuhl ausschließlich mit Begleitperson. Gerade hier spürt man das geringe Gewicht. Für die Person, die schiebt, bleibt er ruhig und gut kontrollierbar. Das nimmt viel Anspannung raus. Und wenn weniger Anspannung da ist, bleibt mehr Raum für das, worum es eigentlich geht, gemeinsam draußen sein.

Ich sitze stabil und bequem. Nichts drückt, nichts fühlt sich unsicher an. Mit ME/CFS ist es so wichtig, nicht zusätzlich Spannung im Körper halten zu müssen. Ich kann mich hineinsetzen und merke: Ich werde getragen. Das gibt mir Ruhe.

Sehr erleichternd finde ich auch, dass der Rollstuhl ohne Werkzeug auf- und zusammengebaut werden kann. Das Zusammenfalten geht unkompliziert, er ist schnell im Auto verstaut. Kein Kraftakt, kein langes Hantieren. Einfach alltagstauglich.

Er ist klar im Design, funktional und nicht überladen. Kein großes Aufheben, sondern verlässliche Unterstützung.

Für Menschen, die mit ME/CFS leben, in der Wohnung möglichst selbstständig bleiben möchten und draußen Unterstützung mit Begleitperson brauchen, ist der ByteTecpeak M4 für mich eine ehrliche Empfehlung.

Sadly I cannot comment on the electric wheelchair itself as my partner passed away within a few weeks of us receiving it. What I can comment is the supplier and their staff. The chair arrived swiftly and in a perfect condition, even the delivery driver was most helpful. It was easy to get out of the box with a little help from a friend (I am 77 years old) with just a few simple items needing to be assembled. I alerted the company of my desire to return it due to the demise of my partner quite late in the 30 day free return period and I received more help from them than any of the official authorities on the long list of people who needed to be told. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anybody considering buying a wheelchair. Their customer support team could not have been better.
