Biofit Boxers lie. I ordered the 5 plus 5 and only received 5. Customer service said I only ordered 5. Who in their right mind would pay £50+ for 5 pairs of boxers.

They also are packaged up horribly. Just thrown in a bag, not folded. No way to tell if been worn and returned by someone else.

I would avoid this company. Stuff is cheap tat from China. 2 week delivery.

Can’t even return as it will cost me £30 in postage back to China ( buyer is responsible for return cost 🤣🤣)

Just going to do a charge back on my credit card

Had a problem with size but when reported to the company their willingness to resolve at speed was excellent- a lot of others could learn from them.
As to the product, comfortable fit now and it does what it says on the tin. Thanks

I really like the fit, feel and comfort of these boxers. Also the customer service has been very good.

I love the product - the problem is the quality is seriously bad! holes and tears under the groin, I returned 4 and got replacements but same old story.
Now looking at alternatives as these are now a laughing stock in my house, my wife and daughter think it is seriously amusing.

Incorrect size ordered and someone named Lounel dealt with my query immediately ordering the correct size to replace with Pugh the hassle of having to send the wrong ones back. Great service

Great product, so comfortable and feel amazing on, made a second order and had some issues with discount codes, customer service was excellent, sorted everything for me very quickly.

I had a pair that didn't stand the test of time and biofit replaced them with no problems and went beyond my expectation. Would recommend then but don't take my work go buy some your never look back. Thank you biofit. Great service Great product.

I ordered some long legged boxers from Biofit a couple weeks back, I messed up and got totally the wrong size.
I messaged and got an immediate response and my issues are now no more. I'm being sent the correct size replacements and I'm extremely happy.

Wow. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. I was delay with by Christopher and to say his skills in customer care are above and beyond would be an understatement.
The products are brilliant, I ordered the buy five get five free offer after seeing the ad on YouTube. So comfortable and soft. Truly a brilliant product and backed up by great people who clearly care.

I placed an order for 10 pairs and have heard nothing since then. You need to keep customers informed about delivery progress

UPDATE: Immediately after this post i received a personal update about my order. It has not arrived yet but their response has been excellent so far

I placed an order but the wrong size arrived. Christopher at biofit sorted it out for me straight away. First class service. The boxers are so comfy and well worth buying. Highly recommend Biofit.

I saw the offer for ‘Buy 5 pairs and get another 5 free’ and placed the order. Upon delivery, there were only 5 pairs delivered so I queried the order with Customer Services who were polite, efficient and helpful.

They identified that it was my mistake as I had not checked the box to claim the additional 5 free pairs but as a gesture of goodwill they sent me the 5 extra.

Very pleased with the product and customer service - next purchase will be the socks.

Delivery could be quicker other than that great fit and nice to wear

Product has not been delivered as of 1st Sept 26. Cant review a product when it's not been delivered?
So they've arrived on the 1st sept 26. Only had a couple of days to try them out . Already finding them cooler than other brands , good quality so far time will tell. May try the longer variant next

Still haven’t received the order, so difficult to rate the product only the experience so far.

Pairs thrown into a bag, taped up and sent out. Presentation zero, quality of product zero, overall experience zero...
I can only assume I'm really unlucky or the other reviews are manipulated or fake, not a good product at all... Go to Marks and Spencers.

Temu specials. Honestly, sold under many different names. Dont be fooled.

Shipped direct from china, (as per the response made in shipped straight from china like I said) can pick them up for half the price if you just search there name in Google. (Box hero for example - after some more research made in the same factory, box hero also sells in temu = temu special)

Thanks for the reply but I was right in all counts. Just get them cheaper ordered the temu ones for 5 pounds for 5 pairs, 92% viscose, exactly the same as these. Im sorry if biofit isn't aware of this but either there ripping customers off or there Chinese factory is laughing at them. Either way save your money.
