even the cheap bud gets me fried. I got the THCA $100 subscription and the greenhouse smalls are spectacular. I haven’t even tried the super exotic yet and i’m excited too. Besides the 5 day delay on this shipment, i have had nothing but good shit from this bud.

Emily never sent me out my so called Replacement product for stiffing me on there 2oz bundle. She reached out pretending to resolve the matter and never did. I simply wanted what was ordered as my choice but instead, i ended up with some terrible mid-grade weed, which was also the same strain in each bag rather than the 4 strains i ordered. Still no refund or Replacement to date 7/12026

First tried Baysmokes way back when I saw their old promo for 3.5g of FREE flower. They do have quality product. Soon after, I started binge ordering their vapes, carts, and extracts. In my opinion the extracts are where its at!! Sugar diamonds, live resin & rosin, all types of strains, really good stuff there!

I never got my order. It’s been confirmed since June 16th and we’ve called and sent messages it’s not July 1st. We’ve ordered from them before and never have had an issue. And with no communication at all!?!? What’s going on?

Takes too long to receive order

I placed an order on June 13th, to date I have not received my order. I have sent several emails and have not received any responses, a total rip off. They have the worst customer service ever, so future customers please beware.

The green is good but the shipping times are all over the place. I ordered 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I spent $200 on your site, ordered over a week before I was out and I still have had to spend over $200 at local shops waiting for my order with still no ETA.

Have previously bought product from baysmokes and was happy about the quality of the product and customer service. But the last I tried to order from them they dropped the ball big time.They took my money and never attempted to fulfill my order. I tried reaching out to customer service and all I got was an automated response email. I even waited the extra day between reaching out to customer service because the automated message stated the were having issues with shipping, which i payed for the priority shipping. When I check the status of my order on their website it says it has yet to even be fulfilled even after two week of waiting. Hopefully they don't take that long to refund my money.
