Scam. Do not order from this company.
Shoe rack was not what I paid for (£54.99). Instead they sent a cheap, flimsy plastic item 50% smaller than advertised which crumbled instantly when any weight from a mere few pairs of shoes was applied.
Will await their response for my refund request.
Update. The company have informed me that they will not refund me and are delighted that I have accepted a 20% off coupon.
Go to Amazon to order anything like this. There is no protection buying through this company as it is a scam.

I’ve had similar experiences with companies like this, great web site marketing promotion but no substance, I attempted to purchase but read the reviews, some possibly posted by themselves, I got bit once by SARH LONDON, no UK office/shop all China and no response to my complaint, thankfully the rubbish I bought was under £100 could have been worse. Always advise checking first.

My order arrives battered and broken
My order arrives battered and broken, i have sent many messages through the contact page and email to get return address but without any reply.
I believe this to be a scam when the advertise 30 day money back guarantee but do reply or give return address. Order number is BFRI13978 and I sent last email to service address on 21 July containing photos of damaged goods and no reply within 4 days!

Selling products that are worse than Temu. The most cheapest of material. They use AI videos to create the product and sell you the most horrid cheap, material! Avoid avoid! Never buy anything from this company.
