I had two emergency sections within two years the last one twelve years ago. I have search the World Wide Web as well as local shops for underwear that is comfortable and will not irritate my scars. It has been an impossible task until I discovered Boody. This underwear is amazing , comfortable and I do not have to worry about wire in my bra and bad fabrics on my skin. I am thrilled to have found it and will replace all my underwear in the coming months with this brand . Thank you , thank you , thank you ! ! !

Excellent customer service. An item I had bought developed a fault after a few months. I contacted the company with the details and was immediately offered a replacement or credit. I received the replacement in a couple of days. Thank you!

The sizing is awful. No cup size! just small, medium, large etc. which clearly means inches around not cup size. All other bras have sizes, 32, 34, 36 etc with cup sizes A, B, C etc. I bought two medium first as I am a 34” but it was too small cup so sent one back for a large replacement, this just gave me larger around but still too small cup. I tried changing the strap length, but it still doesn’t fit and to make it worse the metal strap adjusters irritate my skin.
It’s not worth buying unfortunately.

Excellent products. Comfortable breathable and brilliant fit. I’m gradually replacing all my underwear with Boody. So glad I found you!!

Love the feel, style and fit of Boody products and now have quite a collection! Would recommend 100% their products and would love to see shorts as a new product sometime. Just bought the bikini knickers which are super comfortable but personally love the low rise knickers style……so you never know. Fab company and amazing style lines👍⭐️

Great products and exceptional customer support.

Decent quality but make sure you size up! I used their measurements and ordered my corresponding size but they constantly roll down. Also quite expensive for a basic pair of knickers

So comfortable. I work in Africa and the natural fibres are great in the heat.

I have found both the bras and the pants the most comfortable I have ever worn, and I’m 77, so it’s never too late.

Such a great company to deal with - have placed 2 orders now and one needed a size exchange - I emailed and got a response so quickly. Easy to organise sending back my exchange and received confirmation emails and my new bra within days. So I'm happy with my Boody haul and the friendly accessible customer service!

Quick delivery, excellent products! Best underwear I’ve ever had! Brought my mum the PJs and she is so happy with them, super soft on her skin.

this review is for the t-shirt bra. Although the material is soft and stretchy for comfort a couple of things are not great with it.

it feels cheap in design, the pads are non removable they have sewed them in to bra but only on one side meaning the pads still shift around whilst wearing which i don’t like

also there is a hook to make the back into a racer back however if you adjust the straps to make them shorter because the hook is situated above the adjuster the hook sits in front of your collarbone which makes it 1. non usable and 2. uncomfortable to have a hook at the front.

overall i think you can find better quality elsewhere

I bought a number of bras and was happy with these although the lined inserts did peel within 6 months. I ordered some more a year or so later; these offered no support. I contacted customer service and received a speedy response, replied with the information requested and have heard nothing since.
20th - an update from Boody advising me "we'll meet you half way" because this time I ordered without the padded insert because the last ones peeled and I'd been using a reusable silicone pad.

I’ve ordered a few things , and found them all to be really lovely quality and very comfortable ….

The quality of the briefs was so soft so it's disappointing to say that as they were too big and I had ordered 2 pairs, the returns policy was unsatisfactory. I was re funded only one item. So do read the refund items rule carefully.

Love Boody they refunded all my items so I could reorder the right size garments. Love their products. The staff were very kind and understanding as I’m not technically minded. Thanks to Riley who continued to reassure me about the mistake I’d made, could be rectified. Full refund reordered as soon as it was back in my account.

Boody’s customer service is great. They answered my query straight away by Bot, but then passed on to a human without my asking. They then sorted my issue without delay.

Ordered according to Boodys sizing chart. When I tried it on it was comfortable and felt good. Tags removed. Within less than an hpur my chest was falling out and the back constantly riding up. I messaged the team and after umpteen questionns they suggested I just order a smaller size. When I disputed this they agreed that was unfair and asked for even more information. And I mean the measurements of the bra lay flat, measurements of it stretched, photos of me wearing it etc etc. I responded that this is surely something that they should be doing internally and I got (yet another) AI response stating that without all this extra information that they cannot help me.
Ive never had such a difficult, impersonal, laborious experience. If they had rectified this appropriately then I would have been a repeat customer . So so disappointed
