Regarding the CHF 120 charge, orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to Swiss import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees, as Switzerland is outside the EU. These charges are determined and collected by the Swiss authorities and/or the carrier and are separate from the shipping fee paid to A Retro Tale.
We have looked into this but have unfortunately not been able to locate any previous message from you regarding these concerns. We would therefore warmly encourage you to contact our customer service team directly if you still have any questions or concerns regarding your order. We would be very happy to look into this further and assist you.
We understand that unexpected import charges, together with your experience of the delivery, can be disappointing, and we are sorry that this affected your overall experience with us.

Borsa non corrispondente alle foto
La borsa è arrivata in una scatola di cartone leggero che si è rovinato durante il trasporto. La borsa era senza protezioni interne tipo carta velina o pluriball che sostengono la struttura per cui, essendo di pelle di agnello molto morbida la struttura è collassata creando brutte pieghe su tutta la superficie. Immagino che anche nel loro magazzino la borsa fosse conservata , piegata in condizioni non idonee ad una borsa Chanel vintage perché le pieghe sono molto ostinate. In queste condizioni non è sicuramente corrispondente alla descrizione,alla classificazione e alle foto pubblicate. Compro sovente borse vintage ma mai mi era capitato così poca cura nella spedizione e soprattutto descrizione non corrispondente alla realtà. Male male.

Molte piu' macchie di quelle segnalate
La borsa e' stata segnalata come in Very Good conditions. E' arrivata piena di macchie non segnalate. Piu' che in Very Good era in Good/Acceptable condizioni. Onestamente non ricomprero' da loro. Da un sito di questo tipo mi aspetto piu' trasparenza e professionalita' rispetto a Vinted/Vestiaire Collective

Esperienza non felice, da valutare in un'eventuale seconda occasione
In data 14 febbraio c'è stato, all'interno della loro azienda, un problema con un ordine da me effettuato che purtroppo non è andato a finire bene e che di fatto non mi ha reso felice.
Nonostante questo, ho apprezzato la celere replica alla mia precedente recensione e soprattutto le scuse da parte loro, e per questo voglio ringraziare Kelly che si è fatta portavoce della vicenda, la quale ha saputo ascoltarmi e molto professionalmente si è presa cura di spiegarmi l'accaduto e ha mostrato empatia.
Per tale motivo ho deciso di passare dall'iniziale valutazione di una stella a una valutazione di 3, sperando - qualora dovessi un giorno decidere di riacquistare dal loro negozio - di vivere un'esperienza migliore.
