After a month of arguing, the email response said that they cannot give me more that a 30% refund due to their "severe financial crisis"

I wish I had seen this site before ordering from this company.
I have been trying to return my order since the first day I received the items.
The blouses that I ordered looked like they were flowy and made of multi-colored fabric. I didn't even have to take them out of the beg to see that they were polyester rags that they just printed a pattern and are stiff.
From the picture when I ordered the skirt , it looked like it had a flowy lace bottom. When I tried it on to see if it fit, I couldn't even walk in it because it was so tight. I went back and looked at the website to see if I ordered the wrong size, but the picture showed that it should of been cut different.

The return process:
They only way to contact them is through email. I reached out to them and provided all the picures that they requested from me. They immediately tried to discourage me saying that I would have to pay the shipping of $20 and I should just donate the clothes to charity. When I told them I would like to proceed with the refund, they change the shipping price to $50 and said that they would only give me a 10% refund, and again I should donate the clothes. The last email is that they would only give me 15% refund and to donate the clothes.
I have read the return details on their site and what they are offering is going against their policy. There has been so many back and forth emails and I still can't get a result. It seems like THEY don't want their poor quality products back.
I will NEVER order from these guys again.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered the outfits. I tried to get a refund but the process was too involved. They were horrible. They were both supposed to be a cotton linen. One was the worst quality polyester that I have ever seen and the other had no fabric label and I could not identify it. And I know fabric. Neither of them were as pictured. I donated them to the
Salvation Army.

What a WASTE of $79.18 for two falsely advertised ladies blouses!!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY FROM CHINA!! For my return request for terribly cheap fabric and manufacturing compared to their beautiful ad, they responded, "We have received the photos you sent. After a careful review, we have confirmed your purchase and found no issues with the product's quality or dimensions; you may also verify this on our product details page. According to our return policy, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you still wish to proceed with the return, please note that we can only process the refund after receiving the returned package. The return shipping cost is approximately $20, and the return transit time may take about a month. To save you time and expense, we suggest keeping the item or donating it to someone in need."

Do not buy ANYTHING from this company. Poorly made products overseas and horrible customer service. If there were a -5 stars, that’s what I’d rate them. I ordered a blue sandal and their false advertising made them look like a high quality product. What I got instead was the cheapest of the cheap plastic Barbie shoe type sandal. I am battling them for a 100% return, but their “English Bot” is arguing with me instead of upholding a decent/ethical decision to refund. Do Not spend a penny on their cheap ass products.

ZERO STARS!! Do not order from this bogus, false advertising site!! They are using Nordstrom pictures and sending horrid items! I spent $55 dollars on what was supposed to be a blouse but received a huge piece of horrible material Not even fit to wear on Halloween or donate!! Cannot get a refund as they make you jump through hoops sending pictures etc if the item only to tell you it's in perfect condition and you must wait for return instructions which you never get! They will tell you it will cost $20 to ship it back and it will take up to 90 days for what's left of your return cost and then several emails later will say as a kind gesture they will give you 5% back? LOL congratulations consider yourself scammed !!! What a joke! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!

The star is simply because the item was sent . The dress arrived wrinkled to the point of needing professional dry cleaning to iron . Fine, I'll pay . But the worst part is that the photo advertised a pale petal pink color and what I received was the color of PEPTO-BISMOL ! You can not reach these people , except through email and it is an arduous process. Their response was simply to say , oh well. NEVER AGAIN

CottonXL is a terrible company!!!! They show nice clothing on Instagram, but switch it to cheap and fake copies. I ordered a blouse and immediately threw it in the garbage!!!! Please be warned and dont buy anything from them! Upset I fell for their scam.

I purchased two tops that looked beautiful on the ad. I received the items about two weeks after ordering. In my opinion, the shirts barely resemble what I saw in the ad. The material is stiff and the tops look cheap. When I reached out to Cotton xl to see about returning the items, I keep getting delayed tactics.

First there are no returns unless to go directly to the store in Australia. BEWARE, then I tried to return them they couldn’t find my item even though I had my order #. Pretty expensive sandals when you can’t return them or exchange!!!

I should have checked here before ordering from this company. Order shoes that were supposed to be wide fit. The shoes were tight and did not seem to be the size I ordered. Company would not allow returns. Like others I found that the shoes were cheaply made and uncomfortable to wear. Would recommend that you do not order shoes from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. If there was a "0" I would give it, but 1 is as low as we can rate Cottonxl (same as Pristime site). Their product quality is inferior and they doulble and triple charge the product for the same price on Amazon. When I tried to return it, they stalled me for many days and finally the best offer they made is a 15% refund or a 10% credit to future purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

They took a picture of the blouse and printed it on some crappy material. I bought before i checked it out! I just lost money didn’t i! Can’t we do something?

About two pairs of shoes size 15 wide I had three other guys try these shoes on who had much narrower feet than my own. They don’t fit. this company refused to refund my money, false advertising, fraud. Don’t buy anything from this company.

Bought a dress received a month later. Was not horrible but the sleeves were very tight. All these clothing sites are mostly scams. They don’t have tags because they don’t represent a brand, They are made by individual seamstress following a given pattern. That’s why there are such discrepancies. There is no oversight, A dress may cost them $5 to make (maybe less). The rest is gains and shipping. BEWARE

WARNING!! They advertise they are Nordstroms- a big lie. Glad I researched them thoroughly before deciding not to purchase. Completely unscrupulous bait-and-switch advertising.

A very deceitful website.Items are not as pictured and they are not willing to provide your refund. STAY AWAY from this website.

If I could give them a '0' I would have. They are a fraud. They show you the authentic product then substitute with the item with inferior products. I've learned my lesson to review every review before putting my money on the line again. Don't purchase anything from this company. Cottonxl is a joke and they are laughing at us. They advertise taos shoes and give you crap!

The materials of the products are not anything like what they were promised to be the sandals are cheap, sloppy, and dangerous to wear not supportive as they say in the advertisement. The blouse was not as shown instead of beautiful buttons they were pins with the Chinese writing on them would definitely not buy from them again.
