Easy process, great claculator tools which you can use to work out and amend what you might need. Extra offer of 2% cashback card is amazing too. Account managers were really helpful and clear, our main guy was Matt Deary. Could sometimes take quite a few hours to get back to you, which I know isn't a big deal normally, but can feel a bit stressful if you're trying to get financing quickly into your account.

First pack had 2 nice reds but an unpleasant white not to my taste, I called to cancel and I have been offered a discounted deal for next month along with a free bottle of sparkling wine, will see how they are! The person I spoke to (Sam I believe), was very friendly, knowledgeable and polite and I didn't feel pressured to take the offer.

The nature of our wines is that from time to time you may receive some that are not ones you might usually drink, and while our wine experts always try their best to choose what they think our customers will enjoy, they can't always meet everyone's specific tastes. I can assure you that our wines are selected for their high quality. We work with and support our smaller vineyards, rather than larger productions. Our products are of the highest quality, and we offer many products that aren't always available elsewhere.
You will never receive the same wine twice. You can also pause your subscription for a month if you think a particular theme coming up may not be quite to your taste. You can do this via your online account.
