After my order was placed, not much was happening anymore. Emails are not answered.

No communication AT ALL
After ordering a pool, you are pretty much left alone. No way to contact the seller, messages sent on the web page are not answered. My pool got lost on transport and there is no way to contact anybody.

Returns not processed, terrible communication
Returned one item (accidentally ordered wrong size). Package was not processed after one week and support tells me it has not arrived yet (despite package tracking saying otherwise), then no more replies.
I am utterly surprised because except for their delivery dates which seem to be for another universe they have been very reliable in the past years.
Never again.
PS: As soon as I post a review, they reply. But they didn't reply to my emails. Typical.

No delivery, no refund, no communication
Ordered pools, after waiting for a week they told me the delivery company refuses to deliver, I cancel the orders, since then I never heard from them again. No reply to emails etc. I will have to sue now.
Interesting detail: On intex.pt, the "Details" link in the order history has a link that is actively hidden, so you cannot access the order details to cancel your order.

Package never made it to me, no refund
Package never made it to me (=they did not fulfill the contract) and they are not refunding me, their service is coming up with reasons not to do so out of thin air (e.g. I have to send back a package I have never received).
Will sue now.
