Nous n’avons finalement pas acheté via Alexis, uniquement parce que le bien qui correspondait le mieux à nos attentes était commercialisé par une autre agence. Cela ne remet absolument pas en cause la qualité de son travail.

Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

I recently took a work trip to Sustainable Places 2024 in Luxembourg, driving a Volkswagen ID.3 electric car via Poppy. With 340 km of range when I left Brussels, the drive was smooth and efficient.

The car handled beautifully on both highways and in the city. While parking and charging in Luxembourg weren’t hassle-free, it’s great that Poppy reimburses the costs.

Overall, the ID.3 is an excellent choice for eco-conscious travel, and Poppy made the car-sharing experience seamless!

Thank you for your kind response! I truly appreciate the dedication Poppy shows toward improving the service.

I wanted to mention that while the ID.3 drove beautifully, the charging experience abroad could be more streamlined. I had to install several apps and visit three different parking lots before I finally found a working set up. It would be fantastic if Poppy could explore options to make charging easier, perhaps by allowing payments through the Poppy app. This would enhance convenience and ensure better traceability for reimbursements.

Thanks again for your attention, and I already look forward to my next experience with Poppy!
