AVOID THIS COMPANY. I ordered a 5 dumbbell set with rack. It turned up in a number of packages. The packaging was not good enough and the larger pair of dumbbells were damaged. They agreed to send some more, however these are damaged too. The packaging is not strong enough. The major issue is that 4 of the dumbbells don't fit in the rack. The lighter ones are too narrow and don't fit. The 3 and 4 kg do fit with a push but are too tight which causes marks on the dumbbells. In time this would cause them to split. The dumbbells they sent just do not go with the rack. Currently trying to get a refund .. not sure how easy or possible that will be as I do not have adequate packaging to send these items back

Overall I’ve been happy with Inpost in the past. However recently it’s been a different story. The locker wouldn’t scan so I ended up driving elsewhere to use one that would.

My parcel has now arrived in the delivery area. The problem is they have attempted to deliver the parcel a few times already but it is always full, so the parcel is taken back to the sorting hub again. It’s not a good system when parcels are unable to be delivered. This parcel is now well overdue for delivery .. not impressed

Asda online groceries is an absolute nightmare. Last night was my final shop, never again. So many issues recently with nearly every aspect of their service. The app/website wouldn’t allow me to update my order until 10 mins before the deadline. I wasn’t able to complete my final order. They don’t have anywhere near the variety of products they used to. Product quality isn’t as good, many substitutions etc. Most weeks requesting a refund on some items. I realise they have been updating the app, and I’ve tried to stay with them but last night was the final straw. Next week is another delivery company

I ordered two items which arrived very promptly prior to Christmas. Unfortunately one of these was faulty, however they responded immediately and posted another item to me. I can recommend Eden and will be purchasing again soon. Thank you 😊

Trying to open a bank account for my son who already has a savings account is an absolute nightmare. Been sent from telephone banking to online and back again. No one knows the answer. Already spoken to a number of staff over the past 24 hours. Just about to give up and transfer all monies to a different bank. If he was a new customer it appears to be straightforward but not for existing customers!!!
