The worse customer service ever. Blocked my address because I asked about my order. Shorted me on a big sale say they were out, were not. And the third time they just won’t send my order after 4 days. Stay away from these clowns.

Good luck trying to collect from a claim. These thieves will do anything in their power to keep your money. Worse delivery company by far.

As crooked as they can be. Denied a claim with pictures of the package on my front door and box and contents damaged. They claimed the label was never used. Got my refund from Chevy . Stay away from these thieves!

Deal with the postal service and never lost a claim or have any issues. First claim with these clowns denied because of the label was never used. I send pictures of the damage and it clearly shows the same that I submitted. Trying to get away from paying the claim…🤬🤬🤬🤬

I spent weeks searching cars and gathering paperwork. I placed my order and submitted all the paperwork and everything was approved and the purchase went through. Comes Saturday, the day for picking up the car, and Carvana is asking me when I want to pick up? They are worthless and their customer service is the worse. Save yourself a headache and buy somewhere else.
