non so se si può reputare un università vera, ma ti abbandonano in tutti i modi possibili, niente ticket niente info, non si sa nemmeno se gli esami saranno in presenza!

As you can see from the attachment, a refund has been automatically issued which may already appear in your account or in the next few days. Generally, the transaction simply disappears.
