I used rent slam in addition to other housing agencies. I find rent slam to be very reliable and fast with sending me housing notifications whenever there is an offer on any housing website. I get housing notifications from rent slam first before the others. Because of that, I was able to apply for a house and got accepted by the landlord

So far works well, been few days since I ordered so am giving it a 4 star. Otherwise maybe a 5 star.
