Hi, Due to bad weather conditions on Friday I missed the sign for the midi parking which I had pre-booked and ended up at the short stay parking to find I was in a one way system with no way out so I had to go through the drop-off and on exit was told I would have to pay 3 pounds to get back out. I then found the my way to the midi parking and went to the service desk to inform them they said there was nothing that they could do and would lodge the compliant. If you enter the red zone in error they is no way of escape without paying the 3 pound charge. I was told that was my bad luck and I would know in future!!

I hope I wont have to use Leeds Bradford in future and stick to Manchester or Liverpool where the signs are much clearer and they offer a way out if you make this simple error.
